วิธีแสดงหรือซ่อน Microsoft Print to PDF Printer ใน Windows 11/10

แสดง/ซ่อน Microsoft Print to PDF Printer ใน Windows 11/10

1. ใช้ Command Prompt

ใช้ CMD ซ่อน/ลบ Microsoft Print to PDF ตอน Save as PDF หรือ Print ใน Windows 10 ไม่แค่ Microsoft Print to PDF แต่ Printer ที่มองเห็นและไม่ได้เชื่อมต่อ ลบได้ทุกตัว

เปิด CMD (ค้นหา cmd Taskbar) พิมพ์คำสั่ง Enter:

printui.exe /dl /n "Microsoft Print to PDF"

เสร็จแล้วจะไม่เจอ Microsoft Print to PDF ในรายการ Print ซ่อน Printer อื่น: แทนชื่อ Microsoft Print to PDF ด้วยชื่อ Printer ที่ต้องการ

2. ใช้ Windows PowerShell

เหมือน CMD ใช้ PowerShell ซ่อน/ลบ Microsoft Print to PDF คำสั่งเดียวกัน (ปรับเล็กน้อย) ลบ Printer อื่นได้

ค้นหา powershell Taskbar คลิกผลลัพธ์ พิมพ์ Enter:

Remove-Printer -Name "Microsoft Print to PDF"

Note: ใช้ CMD/PowerShell ซ่อน Printer ต้องไป Windows Features เพื่อ Remove/Add กลับเมื่อต้องการใช้ใหม่ (วิธีที่ 5)

3. ใช้ Devices and Printers

Devices and Printers ใน Control Panel จัดการอุปกรณ์ต่ออยู่ทั้งหมด (Monitor, Mouse, Speakers, Fax, Printers) Add/Remove Device ได้

ค้นหา Control Panel Taskbar เปิด View By: Large Icons > Devices and Printers คลิกขวา Microsoft Print to PDF > Remove Device คลิก Yes ยืนยัน เสร็จแล้วหาไม่เจอ

4. ใช้ Windows Settings

วิธีง่ายที่สุด ทำได้ภายในไม่กี่วินาที ลบ Printer ตัวอื่นได้เช่นกัน

Win+I เปิด Settings > Devices > Printers & Scanners ขวา: เลือก Microsoft Print to PDF > Remove Device คลิก Yes Popup

5. ใช้ Windows Features

วิธี 1-4 ซ่อนชั่วคราว แต่ถ้าต้องการลบ Feature/Package ทั้งหมด ใช้ Windows Features Panel

ค้นหา Windows Features Taskbar > Turn Windows features on or off ยกเลิกติ๊ก Microsoft Print to PDF Checkbox > OK รอเสร็จ Restart PC

หลัง Restart จะไม่เจอ Microsoft Print to PDF Printer ใน Windows 11/10
