Windows Search Service เริ่มแล้วหยุดทันที Error: The Windows Search service on local computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs
สาเหตุและวิธีแก้
เกิดจาก Registry Subkeys ขาดหายที่ HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search\CrawlScopeManager\Windows\SystemIndex หรือ Log Files เสียหายที่ C:\Windows\System32\Config\TxR
วิธีแก้ (KB2484025)
- เปิด Folder Options > View > ยกเลิก Hide protected operating system files
- ไปที่
C:\Windows\System32\Config\TxR - ลบไฟล์副檔名 .BLF และ .REGTRANS-MS ทั้งหมด
- Reboot เครื่อง
หลัง Reboot อาจเห็น CPU สูงชั่วคราว เพราะ Search Service กำลัง Rebuild Index
