แก้ไข Windows Defender Error 0x80070422: เริ่ม Service และกู้คืนการป้องกัน

แก้ The Service Couldn't Be Started Windows Defender Error 0x80070422: Windows Defender เป็น Anti-malware ในตัวของ Windows 10 ใช้กันกว้างขวาง แต่บางคนติด Antivirus บุคคลที่สาม (Norton, Quick Heal ฯลฯ) ซึ่งไม่แนะนำ เพราะทำลายไฟล์ Windows Defender หลัง Uninstall Antivirus แล้ว Windows Defender ใช้ไม่ได้ เพราะไฟล์ที่จำเป็นเสียหายไปแล้ว

"The service couldn't be started. The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it."

Windows Defender ปิดอยู่ตอนใช้ Antivirus ตัวอื่น Uninstall แล้วเปิดไม่ได้ เจอ Error "The Service Couldn't Be Started" Code 0x80070422 ลองดูวิธีแก้ด้านล่าง

แก้ Windows Defender Error 0x80070422

สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน

วิธีที่ 1: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์:
    Sfc /scannow
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows (ถ้าข้างบนล้มเหลว)
  3. รอเสร็จ Restart
  4. รัน CHKDSK แก้ File System Errors
  5. รอเสร็จ Reboot อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Antivirus บุคคลที่สามชั่วคราว

  1. คลิกขวาไอคอน Antivirus System Tray > Disable
  2. เลือกเวลาปิด (สั้นที่สุด 15-30 นาที)
  3. ลองรัน Windows Defender ดู
  4. Windows Key + X > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall
  5. ซ้ายมือ Turn Windows Firewall on or off
  6. เลือก Turn off Windows Firewall > Restart > ลองเปิด Windows Defender
  7. หาไม่ได้ผล ต้องเปิด Firewall กลับคืน

วิธีที่ 3: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

  1. Windows Key + I > Update & Security
  2. Check for updates ติดตั้งอัปเดตค้าง
  3. Reboot > ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 4: ตั้ง Windows Defender Service เป็น Automatic

หมายเหตุ: หาก Service สีเทาใน Services Manager ให้ดูบทความอื่น

  1. Windows Key + R > services.msc Enter
  2. หา Services 3 ตัว:
    Windows Defender Antivirus Network Inspection Service
    Windows Defender Antivirus Service
    Windows Defender Security Center Service
  3. Double-click แต่ละตัว > Startup type: Automatic > Start (ถ้ายังไม่รัน)
  4. Apply > OK
  5. Reboot > ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 5: เปิด Windows Defender ผ่าน Registry Editor

  1. Windows Key + R > regedit Enter
  2. ไปที่: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\WinDefend
  3. คลิกขวา WinDefend > Permissions
  4. ทำตามคู่มือ "Take Full Control of Registry Keys" เพื่อครอบครอง Key นี้
  5. เลือก WinDefend Double-click Start DWORD
  6. เปลี่ยน Value เป็น 2 > OK
  7. ปิด Registry Editor > Reboot
  8. ลองเปิด Windows Defender อีกครั้ง ควรทำงานได้

วิธีที่ 6: รัน CCleaner และ Malwarebytes

  1. ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้ง CCleaner & Malwarebytes
  2. รัน Malwarebytes Scan ระบบ
  3. เจอ Malware จะลบอัตโนมัติ
  4. รัน CCleaner > Cleaner > Windows Tab ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Run Cleaner
  5. Registry Tab ติ๊กตามแนะนำ > Scan for Issues > Fix Selected Issues
  6. ถาม Backup Registry? > Yes > Fix All Selected Issues
  7. Restart > ทดสอบ

วิธีที่ 7: Refresh หรือ Reset PC

  1. Windows Key + I > Settings > Update & Security
  2. ซ้ายมือ Recovery > Get started (Reset this PC)
  3. เลือก Keep my files
  4. ทำตามคำแนะนำ
  5. ใช้เวลาสักพัก คอมพิวเตอร์จะ Restart

วิธีที่ 8: Repair Install Windows 10 (ทางเลือกสุดท้าย)

หาไม่ได้ผล Repair Install (In-place Upgrade) ซ่อมแซมระบบไม่ลบข้อมูล ดู "How to Repair Install Windows 10 Easily"
