หากหน้าจอ Desktop หรือ Laptop Windows 11/10 กระพริบแบบสุ่ม หรือเวลาใช้แบตเตอรี่ บทความนี้แนะนำวิธีแก้ ผมเพิ่งซื้อคอมใหม่เจอปัญหานี้ เตรียมบทความคิดถึง Dell Laptop แต่ใช้ได้กับ HP, Lenovo, Acer และอื่นๆ

หน้าจอคอมพิวเตอร์ Windows กระพริบ

หน้าจอกระพริบ/กระตุก/สว่างมืด ลอง Troubleshooting ข้างล่าง บางอย่างสำหรับ Desktop บางอย่างสำหรับ Laptop

ลองระบุก่อนว่าเจอเมื่อไหร่: ใช้ Battery, AC Adapter, หรือทั้งคู่? Power Plan ไหน? เกิดใน BIOS และ Safe Mode ไหม? แบตเตอรี่เก่ามาก? ข้อมูลนี้ช่วย

ลองขั้นตอนไหนก็ได้ เลือกที่เหมาะกับสถานการณ์

1. Update Graphics Driver
2. Uninstall และ Reinstall Display Driver
3. Restore Default Power Plan
4. เปลี่ยน Monitor Refresh Rate
5. ปิด Dell Intelligent Display
6. ปิด Intel Power Saving Technology
7. เช็ค Third-party Software Issues
8. รัน Hardware Troubleshooter
9. Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State
10. เช็คว่าเป็น Hardware Issue
11. ปรับ Display Settings บางอย่าง

1. Update Graphics Driver

กด Ctrl+Win+Shift+B รีสตาร์ท Graphics Driver ดูช่วยได้ไหม ไม่ได้ ไปเว็บผู้ผลิต Update Video/Graphic Drivers รุ่นของเครื่อง

2. Uninstall และ Reinstall Display Driver

Update ไม่ช่วย Uninstall Reinstall Video Drivers:

• บูท Windows Safe Mode
• คลิกขวา Start เลือก Device Manager
• Expand Display Adapters
• คลิกขวา Adapter ที่แสดง เลือก Uninstall Device
• ติ๊ก Delete the driver software for this device
• Uninstall อีกครั้ง
• Restart PC

หลัง Restart รัน Windows Update ติดตั้ง Driver Update ที่เสนอ

อ่าน: หน้าจอซีดจาง หรือ จอมอนิเตอร์จาง

3. Restore Default Power Plan

เปิด Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Power Options\Edit Plan Settings คลิก Restore default settings for this plan ทุก Power Plans

4. เปลี่ยน Monitor Refresh Rate

เปลี่ยน Monitor Refresh Rate ดูช่วยได้ไหม

5. ปิด Dell Intelligent Display

เปิด My Dell รัน PC Checkup Monitor หามี Issue ตามคำแนะนำ

เปิด Power Options Control Panel ซ้ายเลือก Dell Extended Battery Life Options

กล่อง Battery Meter Settings เปิด Uncheck Enable Dell Intelligent Display Apply Exit

6. ปิด Intel Power Saving Technology

ล็อปท็อปใช้ Intel Processor ปิด Intel Power Saving Technology ได้ใน Dell/Vaio Control Center Start Screen ค้นหา Intel HD Graphics Control Panel Enter เปิด คลิก Power > On Battery

เจอ Display Power Saving Technology ปิด Apply Restart

7. เช็ค Third-party Software Issues

Norton AV, iCloud, IDT Audio 3 App ที่ทราบว่าทำให้ Screen Flickering เช็คติดตั้งอยู่ไหม ดูเพิ่ม: หน้าจอกระพริบหลังอัปเกรด Norton

8. รัน Hardware Troubleshooter

รัน Hardware Troubleshooter ดูช่วยได้ไหม

9. Troubleshoot ใน Clean Boot State

เปิด Task Manager หาก Task Manager กระพริบคู่กับหน้าจอ Display Driver เป็นตัวร้าย Update/Rollback Driver

หาก Task Manager ไม่กระพริบ แตหน้าจอกระพริบ App ไม่เข้ากันอาจเป็นสาเหตุ

Troubleshoot Clean Boot State หาตัวร้าย Uninstall

10. เช็คว่าเป็น Hardware Issue

หน้าจอกระพริบหมด = Driver Issue มุม/ส่วนกระพริบ = Hardware Issue นำไปช่างฮาร์ดแวร์เช็ค

11. ปรับ Display Settings บางอย่าง

Workaround ช่วยบางคนแก้ Windows 11 Flickering:

• เปิด Windows 11 Settings
• Personalization Settings
• Select Background
• ตั้ง Solid Color หรือ Picture ไม่ใช้ Slideshow
• คลิก Colors ตั้ง Accent Color Manual
• ปิด Animation Effects จาก Accessibility Settings ดูช่วยได้ไหม

• ช่วยได้หากหน้าจอกระพริบบน Surface Book
• ล้าง Display Cache ใน Windows
• หน้าจอมืดตอนเล่นเกม
• ดูเพิ่ม: Windows Brightness ไม่ทำงาน หรือเปลี่ยนอัตโนมัติ
