มีแถบสีขาวบนสุดของ File Explorer, Chrome, Teams หรือ App อื่น คลิกขวาไม่ได้ ไม่ทำงาน เกิดจากปัญหา Graphics/Resolution/Scaling/Monitor
วิธีแก้ไข (ลองตามลำดับ)
1. เปลี่ยน Resolution ผ่าน NVIDIA Control Panel
- คลิกขวา Desktop > NVIDIA Control Panel
- Display > Change Resolution
- เปลี่ยนเป็น Resolution อื่น Confirm > กลับมาที่ Resolution เดิม/ที่เหมาะสม Apply
2. Scale Full Screen สำหรับ Intel HD Graphics
- คลิกขวา Desktop > Intel HD Graphics Settings
- Display > เลือก Scale Full Screen
- ติ๊ก Override Application Settings
บังคับให้ Intel HD Graphics จัดการ Full Screen แทน Windows
3. รีสตาร์ท Desktop Window Manager (DWM)
- Ctrl + Shift + Esc > Task Manager
- Processes > หา Desktop Window Manager
- คลิกขวา > End Task
- Sign Out > Sign In ใหม่
หายไม่ได้ ลอง System Restore กลับจุดก่อนปัญหา
