Connected Devices Platform Service (CDPSvc) คืออะไร?
ก่อนหาวิธีแก้ รู้ว่าบริการนี้เกี่ยวกับการเชื่อมต่อ Peripheral และอุปกรณ์ภายนอก รวมถึง Bluetooth, External storage, Keyboard mouse, Printers, Camera, Smartphones, ฯลฯ หากบริการถูก Terminate โอกาสสูงว่าจะเจอปัญหากับอุปกรณ์เหล่านั้น
บริการ Connected Devices Platform Service หยุดทำงาน
อย่างแรก ตรวจสอบสถานะ CDPSvc service ใน Services Manager เปิด Run (Win + R) พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter ในหน้าต่าง Services หา Connected Devices Platform Service ดับเบิลคลิกเปิด ตรวจสอบว่ากำลัง Running อยู่ อาจเริ่มเองบ้างครั้ง แต่ก็ล้มเหลวบ่อย
ลองดูตัวเลือกแก้ไข:
- ตรวจสอบ Dependent Service
- ตั้งให้ Restart Service ตลอด
- เปิด Shared Experiences
- รัน SFC tool
บางครั้งปัญหาอาจมาจาก Windows Update ที่ก่อให้เกิด Microsoft ออก Fixes ตลอด ตรวจสอบว่าติดตั้ง Updates ล่าสุดทั้งหมดแล้ว
1] ตรวจสอบ Dependent Service(s)
หาก Service ขึ้นอยู่กับ Service อื่น จะไม่ทำงานหาก Service เหล่านั้นไม่ทำงาน สลับไป Dependencies tab ของ Connected Devices Platform Service มี 3 Services:
- Network Connection Broker
- Remote Procedure Call (RPC)
- TCP/IP Protocol Driver
ตรวจสอบว่า Services นี้ทำงานตามปกติ หาได้ในส่วน Services
2] ตั้งให้ Restart Service ตลอด
Windows มีตัวเลือกให้ Service Restart ตลอดหากล้มเหลว ค่าเริ่มต้นคือ 2 ครั้งแล้วหยุด แตหาก Service กลับมาบ่อย การตั้งให้ Restart ตลอดอาจช่วย
- เปิด Service สลับไป Recovery Tab
- เปลี่ยน Subsequent failures จาก "Take No Action" เป็น "Restart the Service"

3] เปิด Shared Experiences
เป็นวิธีแก้ที่รายงานว่าทำงานใน Microsoft Forums เกี่ยวข้องกับ Shared experiences แปลกๆ ผู้ใช้รายงาน Error และอาการเพิ่มเติมพร้อม Event ID 7023:

วิธีแก้คือเปิด Toggle Shared experience
- เปิด Windows Settings (Win + I)
- ไป Privacy > Shared Experiences > Share across devices
- เปิด Toggle "Let apps on my other devices (including linked phones and tablets) open and message apps on this device and vice versa"
- เปิดมัน
อาจต้องลองเล่นกับ Dropdown Everyone nearby หรือ My Devices only เหวาจะแก้ปัญหาได้
4] รัน SFC หรือ System File Checker
System File Checker tool ช่วยแก้ไข Corruption คือซ่อมไฟล์ระบบที่เสียหายใน Windows Installation รันคำสั่งด้านล่างใน Elevated Command Prompt:
sfc /scannow
เมื่อสแกนเสร็จ ตรวจสอบว่ายังได้ Error ไหม โดยดู Event Log
