แก้ Windows Update Error Code 8020002E

Windows Update บริการสำคัญของ Microsoft แต่บางครั้งก่อให้เกิด Error 8020002E ตอนติดตั้ง Security Update แสดงว่า Component สำคัญหายไปหรือเสียหาย

Windows Update Error Code 8020002E

  1. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter
  2. Clear SoftwareDistribution Folders
  3. Run System File Checker (SFC) และ DISM
  4. Reset Windows Update Component
  5. Install Update in Clean Boot State

1. Run Windows Update Troubleshooter

Win+I > Update and Security > Troubleshoot > Windows Update > Run Troubleshooter

แก้ Windows Update Error Code 8020002E

ลอง Microsoft Online Troubleshooter ด้วย

2. Clear SoftwareDistribution Folders

ล้างโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution ลองดู ถ้าไม่ได้ไปขั้นต่อไป

3. Run SFC และ DISM

CMD (Admin) รัน:

sfc /scannow

แก้ Windows Update Error Code 8020002E

Reboot แล้วรัน DISM:

Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth
Dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

Reboot อีกครั้ง

4. Reset Windows Update Component

Reset ทุก Component ที่เกี่ยวข้อง Reboot ตรวจสอบ

5. Install Update in Clean Boot State

Clean Boot (Third-party Disable) แล้วลอง Install Update
