แก้ไข: Windows Update Error Code 0x80244022

Error Code 0x80244022 เกิดเมื่อพยายามอัปเดต Windows แต่ Windows ค้นหาอัปเดตใหม่ไม่ได้ แสดงข้อผิดพลาดแทน สาเหตุหลัก: อินเทอร์เน็ตไม่เสถียร หรือ Windows Update Server 過載 ไม่ตอบสนอง

แก้ไข: Windows Update Error Code 0x80244022

ไม่ว่าสาเหตุอะไร แนะนำรออย่างน้อย 2 ชั่วโมง ลองใหม่ ถ้ายังไม่ได้ ลองวิธีด้านล่าง

1. เซิร์ฟเวอร์ Microsoft 過載

Windows Update Service ติดต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Microsoft ไม่ได้ อาจเพราะ Server 過載 โดยเฉพาะหลังปล่อยอัปเดตใหม่ กรณีนี้ ต้องรอ 1-2 วัน ลองใหม่จนสำเร็จ เช็คเว็บ Microsoft หรือค้นหาออนไลน์ดูว่ามีข่าวปัญหา Server ไหม

2. ตั้งค่าเวลาและวันที่

เวลา/วันที่ผิด → ติดต่อเซิร์ฟเวอร์ Microsoft ไม่ได้ ต้องตั้งให้ถูกต้อง

  1. คลิกขวาเวลา/วันที่มุมขวา Taskbar → Adjust date/time
  2. เปิดตัวเลือกต่อไปนี้ให้เปิดอยู่:

"Adjust for Daylight Savings Time Automatically"
"Set Time Automatically"
"Set Time Zone Automatically"

  1. Restart → รัน Windows Update ใหม่ เช็คออนไลน์ว่าเวลาเครื่องตรง Time Zone จริงไหม

3. Troubleshoot Windows Update Service และ Reset Internet Settings

Windows 10 มี Troubleshooter ตัว内建 ตรวจจับและแก้ปัญหาอัตโนมัติ

  1. Start → ไอคอนเฟือง → Settings
  2. Update and Security → Troubleshoot
  3. ส่วน Get up and running → คลิก Windows Update → ตามขั้นตอน

แก้ไข: Windows Update Error Code 0x80244022

นอกจากนี้ ควร Reset Internet Settings ผ่าน Internet Explorer ด้วย (ช่วยผู้คนเยอะ)

  1. เปิด Internet Explorer (ค้นหาใน Start Menu)
  2. ไอคอนเฟืองมุมขวา → Internet Options
  3. แท็บ Connections → LAN settings
  4. Automatic configuration → ติ๊ก Automatically detect settings

4. Troubleshooting เพิ่มเติม

ถ้าวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ปัญหาอาจอยู่ที่อินเทอร์เน็ต ทำตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง

  1. ทำขั้นตอน 1-2 วิธี 3 เพื่อเปิด Troubleshoot ใน Settings
  2. Get up and running → Internet Connections → ตามขั้นตอน
  3. หรือใช้ Network Troubleshooter จาก Control Panel: ค้นหา "Identify and repair network problems" → Troubleshooter จะเปิด

ถ้าใช้ Proxy → ปิด Proxy แล้วค่อยอัปเดต

  1. เปิด Internet Explorer
  2. เฟือง → Internet Options → Connections → LAN Settings
  3. หา "Use a proxy server for your LAN" → ยกเลิกติ๊ก
  4. Apply → ลองอัปเดตใหม่

5. รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components

ถ้าวิธีก่อนหน้าไม่ได้ → รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components ทั้งหมด แล้วลองอัปเดตใหม่ วิธีนี้แก้ Error หลายตัวได้ หลายคนยืนยันได้ผล

  1. ค้นหา "Command Prompt" → คลิกขวา → Run as administrator
  2. หยุด Service: BITS, Cryptographic, Windows Update (Enter ทีละคำสั่ง รอจบ):

net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc

  1. ลบไฟล์ qmgr*.dat:

del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\qmgr*.dat"

  1. เปลี่ยนชื่อโฟลเดอร์ Software Distribution (Restart กระบวนการอัปเดตทั้งหมด):

ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak

  1. Reset Windows Update และ BITS Service เป็นค่า Default (Enter ทีละคำสั่ง):

  1. Re-register BITS และ Windows Update Files (เยอะมาก ต้องรันทุกคำสั่ง ไม่ให้พลาด):

  1. Reset Winsock และ Auto-configure Proxy (Enter ทีละคำสั่ง):

netsh winsock reset
netsh winhttp reset proxy

  1. Start Service ที่หยุดไว้ตอนต้น (Enter ทีละคำสั่ง):

net start bits
net start wuauserv
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc

  1. Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ → ใช้การเปลี่ยนแปลง → รันอัปเดตใหม่ → เช็คว่า Error กลับมาหรือไม่

 

6. Registry Hotfix เรียบง่าย

วิธีนี้โพสต์ออนไลน์ ช่วยผู้คนเยอะ คุ้มค่าลองถ้ายังไม่ได้ เตือน: การแก้ Registry อาจส่งผลต่อประสิทธิภาพลบได้ Backup Registry ไว้ก่อน

  1. พิมพ์ "regedit" ในช่องค้นหา → คลิกตัวแรก
  2. Registry Editor เปิด → ไปที่:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >> Policies >> Microsoft >> Windows >> WindowsUpdate >> AU

  1. สร้าง REG_DWORD Key ชื่อ UseWUServer (ถ้ายังไม่มี)
  2. ถ้าใช้ WSUS (Windows Server Update Services) → Value = 1
  3. ถ้าเป็น PC ธรรมดา → Value = 0
  4. ลองรันอัปเดตใหม่

7. ใช้ DISM Tool เช็ค Image Error

บางทีไม่ใช่เน็ตหรือ Update Service ที่เสีย Image Error ทำให้ระบบทำงานผิดปกติ DISM (Deployment Image Servicing and Management) ตรวจและแก้ได้ มีคู่มือ DISM รายละเอียดที่ https://appuals.com/use-dism-repair-windows-10/

  1. ค้นหา "Command Prompt" → Run as admin (หรือ Win+X → Command Prompt Admin) ต้องมีสิทธิ์ Admin
  2. คัดลอกคำสั่ง → DISM เริ่มสแกน Windows Image (ต้องอดทน รอเวลานาน):

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

  1. รัน SFC (System File Checker) เพิ่ม ไฟล์ระบบหาย/เสีย → เพิ่ม/แทนที่ได้ ใช้คำสั่ง:

sfc /scannnow

8. อัปเดต Windows ด้วยตนเอง

บางทีเป็นความผิด Microsoft ปล่อยอัปเดตใหม่ → ผู้ใช้หลายคนอัปเดตไม่ได้จาก Error ปกติ สามารถอัปเดตเองจากเว็บ Microsoft ได้ง่าย

  1. Start → เฟือง → Settings
  2. Update & Security → Windows Update → Update History
  3. ดูด้านบนลิสต์อัปเดต → คัดลอก KB Number ของอัปเดตล่าสุด
  4. วาง KB Number (ต่อหน้า KB) ในช่องค้นหา Microsoft Update Catalog
  5. หาอัปเดตที่ค้าง → Add เพื่อเพิ่มในคิวดาวน์โหลด
  6. คลิก "View Basket" (ใต้ช่องค้นหา) → Verify → Download → Accept License
  7. หาโฟลเดอร์ดาวน์โหลด → ดับเบิลคลิกไฟล์ → ตามขั้นตอนติดตั้ง

หวังว่า อัปเดตครั้งหน้าจะไม่ต้องทำซ้ำ

9. Reset Windows

วิธีสุดท้าย ต้อง Reset Windows ทั้งหมด เพื่ออัปเดตได้ วิธีนี้ได้ผล หลายคนต้อง Reset เพื่อแก้ปัญหานี้

  1. Settings → Update & Security → Recovery
  2. Reset this PC → Get Started
  3. ทำตามขั้นตอน เลือก Keep my files (โปรแกรมที่ติดตั้งจะหาย)
  4. รอเสร็จ → อัปเดต PC ทันที
