Error 0x80070422 เกิดเมื่อรัน Windows Update, เปิด Windows Firewall, หรือโหลดจาก Windows Store หมายถึง Windows Update Service (WUAUSERV) ไม่ได้ Start หรือ BITS Service เริ่มไม่ได้ (Disabled หรือไม่มี Device)

- รัน Microsoft Online Windows Update Troubleshooter
- Disable IPv6 ใน Network Center
แนะนำ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน
1. ตรวจสอบ Services (services.msc)
Services ที่ต้องตรวจ:
- Windows Update - Manual (Triggered)
- Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) - Manual
- Windows Update Medic - Manual
- Cryptographic Services - Automatic
- DCOM Server Process Launcher - Automatic
- RPC Endpoint Mapper - Automatic
- Windows Installer - Manual
เปิด Properties แต่ละตัว > Startup Type ตามข้างบน > ถ้ายังไม่ Running ให้กด Start
2. รัน Microsoft Online Windows Update Troubleshooter
ดาวน์โหลดรันจากเว็บ Microsoft
3. Disable IPv6
- Win+X > Network Connections
- Network and Sharing Center (ลิงก์ขวา)
- คลิก Network ที่เชื่อมต่ออยู่ > Properties
- Uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) > OK
- Reboot
