ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้:

  1. ตรวจสอบบริการ Windows Update ว่าทำงานอยู่หรือไม่
  2. ล้างเนื้อหาโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution และ catroot2
  3. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
  4. ลบอุปกรณ์ USB ที่ซ่อนอยู่
  5. ติดตั้งอัปเดตด้วยตนเอง

ความขัดแย้งของซอฟต์แวร์อาจเป็นสาเหตุ ในการแก้ไข:

1. ตรวจสอบบริการ Windows Update

เปิด Windows Services Manager ตรวจสอบบริการเกี่ยวกับ Windows Update เช่น Windows Update, Windows Update Medic, Update Orchestrator Services ไม่ได้ถูก Disable

ให้ตรวจสอบ Startup type ตรงกับข้างต้น และตรวจสอบ Dependency services ด้วย

2. ล้างโฟลเดอร์ SoftwareDistribution และ catroot2

การล้างแคช Windows Update ด้วยตนเองช่วยแก้ปัญหาการติดตั้งอัปเดตส่วนใหญ่ ต้องล้างทั้งสองโฟลเดอร์

3. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter

แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด Windows Update 0x80240061

ใช้เครื่องมือแก้ไขปัญหา Windows Update จาก Microsoft จะรีเซ็ตการตั้งค่าเป็นค่าเริ่มต้น

  1. ไปที่ปุ่ม Start

คลิกขวา > Uninstall device

รีสตาร์ทและตรวจสอบ Windows Update อีกครั้ง

5. ติดตั้งอัปเดตด้วยตนเอง

ดาวน์โหลดและติดตั้งอัปเดตจาก Microsoft Catalog โดยใช้หมายเลข KB จากข้อความข้อผิดพลาด

หากเป็น Intel Management Engine Interface ที่ล้มเหลว:

เปิด Device Manager ไป System Devices ขยายเมนู

แก้ไขข้อผิดพลาด Windows Update 0x80240061

หา Intel(R) Management Engine Interface คลิกขวา > Update Driver
