ข้อผิดพลาด Selected boot image did not authenticate เกิดจาก UEFI Secure Boot ไม่สามารถตรวจสอบ Boot image ได้ อาจมาจาก Endpoint Encryption ที่ Validate Certificate ไม่ผ่าน
วิธีแก้ไข
- Disable Encryption Tool - เช่น ESET Endpoint Encryption หาก BIOS ไม่มี Certificate ที่ถูกต้อง ให้ Disable Secure Boot บูทเข้า Windows แล้ว Uninstall หรือติดต่อ IT Admin
- Disable Secure Boot - ใน BIOS ปิด Secure Boot Save & Restart (แก้ชั่วคราว แต่ลดความปลอดภัย)
- Perform Startup Repair (แนะนำ)
- Boot เข้า Advance Recovery Mode
- Troubleshoot > Startup Repair
- ทำตามขั้นตอน แล้ว Reboot ตรวจสอบ
Secure Boot โหลด Certified Bootloader ลง Memory Certificate มาจาก OEM/Enterprise เพื่อแก้ไขสมบูรณ์ ติดต่อ IT Admin หรือ Microsoft Support
