Windows 10 รองรับ Wireless Projection ผ่านแอป Connect แต่ฟีเจอร์นี้ละเอียดอ่อน หากการตั้งค่าผิด จะแสดงข้อผิดพลาด Something went wrong with the projection สาเหตุ: Display driver, Hardware error, System files เสียหาย
วิธีแก้ไข
- Update, Rollback, หรือ Reinstall Display Driver - Driver อาจอัปเดตผิดพลาด เก่าเกินไป หรือเสียหาย ทำจาก Device Manager > Display adapters (และ Network Adapters ด้วย)
- รัน Network Troubleshooters - ปัญหาอาจมาจาก Network Adapter settings
- รัน Video Playback Troubleshooter - Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Video Playback
- ย้อนกลับการเปลี่ยนแปลงล่าสุด - Uninstall ซอฟต์แวร์ใหม่/ถอดฮาร์ดแวร์ใหม่ (ปิดเครื่องก่อนถอด)
- Reset Windows 10 โดยเก็บไฟล์ส่วนตัว - ตัวเลือกสุดท้าย Reset แต่ Keep personal files
ควรทำให้ฟีเจอร์ Projection ทำงานได้อีกครั้ง
