คลิกขวาที่ไอคอน Explorer ใน Taskbar Windows 11/10/8/7 จะเห็น Recent Visits, Basic Commands ใน Jump List แต่ถ้าไม่เห็นอะไรเลย ลอง Troubleshooting นี้:
Jump List ไม่ทำงานใน Windows 11/10
คลิกขวา Taskbar > Properties > Start Menu Tab
ตรวจสอบว่า Store and display opened items in the Start menu and the taskbar ถูกติ๊ก กด Apply/Exit
ใน Windows 11 แสดง Recent Items และ Pinned Items: Settings > Personalization > Start
สลับ On สวิตช์ Show recently opened items in Start, Jump Lists and File Explorer
ตอนนี้จะเห็น Jump List เต็มๆ ใน Windows 11
Rebuild Jump List ใน Windows
ถ้ายังไม่ได้ ไฟล์เก็บ Jump List อาจเสียหาย ต้อง Rebuild
เปิด Explorer ไปที่โฟลเดอร์:
%AppData%\Microsoft\Windows\Recent\AutomaticDestinations
อาจเจอไฟล์ชื่อ 1b4dd67f29cb1962.automaticDestinations-ms ให้ลบ
ถ้าไม่เจอ ลบไฟล์ automaticDestinations-ms ทั้งหมดในโฟลเดอร์นี้
จะล้าง Jump List History ของทุกโปรแกรม
Restart คอมพิวเตอร์ เปิดโฟลเดอร์/ไฟล์สุ่มๆ ดู Jump List Build ขึ้นไหม
