เช็ค Speaker/Headphone Connection: สายหลวม, เสียบ Jack ผิด PC ใหม่มี 3+ Jacks:
- Microphone Jack
- Line-in Jack
- Line-out Jack (เสียบ Speaker ที่นี่)
ไม่แน่ใจ Jack ไหน ลองเสียบทุก Jack ดูว่ามีเสียงหรือไม่
Restart Windows Audio Service
Error เกิดได้หาก Windows Audio Service ไม่ได้ Start หรือหยุดตอบสนอง ตรวจสอบ Services:
- Win + R → services.msc → OK
- หา Windows Audio → เช็ค Running Status
ตรวจสอบ Services ต่อไปนี้ Running + Startup Type = Automatic:
- Windows Audio
- Windows Audio Endpoint Builder
- Plug and Play
- Multimedia Class Scheduler
หมายเหตุ: Service ไหนไม่ Running/Startup ไม่ใช่ Automatic → Double-click → ตั้งค่าใน Properties

ใช้ Windows Audio Troubleshooter
รัน Audio Troubleshooter ในตัว ให้ Windows ตรวจ/แก้เอง:
- คลิกขวา Speaker Icon → Troubleshoot Sound Problems
หรือ Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Playing Audio → Run Troubleshooter
รอผลลัพธ์ → เล่นไฟล์เสียงทดสอบ มีเสียง = แก้แล้ว ไม่มี → Explore Additional Options
Enable Audio Output Device Windows 10
ปัญหาเริ่มหลังอัปเกรด? โอกาสมีว่า Windows Disable Audio Device เนื่องจาก Incompatibility/Bad Driver จึงไม่見在 Playback Devices
- Start → ค้นหา "Sound" → เลือก
- Playback Tab → Right-click พื้นที่ว่าง → ติ๊ก "Show Disabled Devices"
- Headphones/Speakers ถ้า Disabled จะขึ้นมา → Right-click → Enable
- Select "Set Default" → ทดสอบ
Roll Back และติดตั้ง Generic Audio Driver
ปัญหาเริ่มหลัง Update หรือติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่? Driver ใหม่อาจเป็นสาเหตุ Roll Back กลับไป:
- Right-click Start → Device Manager
- Right-click Sound Driver → Properties → Driver Tab → Roll Back Driver (ถ้ามี)
Reinstall Audio Driver
Driver เสียระหว่าง Upgrade หรือไม่เข้ากับ Version ปัจจุบัน → No Sound
- Right-click Start → Device Manager
- Expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers
- Right-click Audio Device → Uninstall
- Restart → Windows จะพยายาม Reinstall เอง
ถ้าไม่ได้ ลอง Generic Audio Driver ของ Windows:
- Device Manager → Expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers
- Right-click Current Audio Driver → Update Driver Software
- Browse My Computer for Driver Software → Let Me Pick from List
- Select High Definition Audio Device → Next → Follow Instructions
Restart → ทดสอบเสียง ยังไม่ได้ → ดาวน์โหลด Driver ล่าสุดจากเว็บ Manufacturer ของ Sound Card
เปลี่ยน Sound Card (Hardware Fault)
ลองทุกวิธีแล้วยังไม่ได้ = 100% Hardware Fault ลองติด Sound Card ใหม่
