แก้ Windows 10 ค้าง "Preparing Automatic Repair" ไม่สามารถบูตได้: คู่มือแก้ไขเร็ว

หลายรายรายงาน Windows 10 บูตไม่เข้า หลังอัปเดต May 2021 โหลดถึง "Preparing Automatic Repair" หรือ Diagnosing Phase ค้างนานชั่วโมง แล้วบอกว่า Startup could not be repaired บางครั้งเพราะ Power Failure หรือ Shutdown ผิดปกติก็เกิด Windows 10 stuck on preparing automatic repair สาเหตุหลัก: ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย/หายไป Windows Boot Manager เสียหาย หรือ ไดรเวอร์อุปกรณ์ไม่เข้ากันได้กับ Windows 10 เวอร์ชันปัจจุบัน

หาก PC ค้างที่ "Windows 10 stuck on preparing automatic repair" หรือค้างหน้าจอโหลด นี่คือวิธีแก้

Windows 10 Preparing Automatic Repair - วิธีแก้

1. ถอดอุปกรณ์ภายนอกทั้งหมด

ถอดอุปกรณ์ทุกตัวยกเว้น Keyboard และ Mouse > ทดสอบบูตดู

2. ต้องมี Windows 10 Installation Media

เนื่องจาก Windows บูตไม่ได้ ต้องใช้ Installation Media (USB/DVD Bootable) หากไม่มี ให้สร้างก่อน (ค้นหา "Create Windows 10 Bootable USB")

3. Repair MBR และ Rebuild BCD (Boot Configuration Data)

  • เสียบ Bootable Media > รีสตาร์ท
  • เข้า BIOS/UEFI ตอนบูต > ตั้ง Boot Priority: CD/DVD (Removable Disk) เป็นอันดับ 1
  • F10 Save > Restart
  • กดปุ่มใดปุ่มหนึ่งเพื่อ Boot จาก Media
  • หน้า Install Windows > คลิก Repair Your Computer (มุมซ้ายล่าง)
  • Choose an option > Troubleshoot
  • Advanced Options > Command Prompt

ใน Command Prompt รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด:

bootrec.exe /rebuildbcd
bootrec.exe /fixmbr
bootrec.exe /fixboot

เพิ่มเติม: รัน chkdsk สำหรับทุกพาร์ติชัน (ต้องรู้ Drive Letters ทั้งหมด):

chkdsk /r c:
chkdsk /r d:

รอสแกน 100% ทุกพาร์ติชัน > รีสตาร์ท > ทดสอบ

4. บูตเข้า Safe Mode

  • บูตจาก Installation Media อีกครั้ง > Advanced Options
  • Startup Settings > Restart > เลือก Safe Mode with Networking หรือ Low Resolution

5. อัปเดต/ติดตั้ง Display Driver ใหม่ใน Safe Mode

ตอนอยู่ใน Safe Mode (โหลดไดรเวอร์ขั้นต่ำ) ให้อัปเดต Display Driver:

  • Win + R > devmgmt.msc > OK
  • ขยาย Display Adapter > คลิกขวา > Update Driver Software

ต้องมี Internet สาย LAN เพื่ออัปเดตไดรเวอร์ใน Safe Mode หากไม่มี ให้เลือก Low Resolution Mode แทน

6. รัน DISM และ SFC ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ

ไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย/หายไป = สาเหตุหลักของ Preparing Automatic Repair:

  • Command Prompt (Admin) > รัน DISM:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

(อาจใช้ 15+ นาที - อย่าหยุดระหว่างทาง)

  • หลังเสร็จ รัน: sfc /scannow
  • รอ 100% > รีสตาร์ท Windows > ทดสอบบูตปกติ

7. ปิด Automatic Repair ตอน Startup

หากยังค้าง ให้ปิด Auto Repair:

  • Advanced Command Prompt > รัน: bcdedit /set {GUID} recoveryenabled No
  • Enter > Restart > ทดสอบ

8. กู้คืน Windows Registry (Restore Registry)

Registry เสียหายจากติดตั้ง/ถอนโปรแกรม ก่อให้เกิดค้างที่หน้าจอ Repair:

  • Advanced Command Prompt > รัน:
copy c:\windows\system32\config\RegBack\* c:\windows\system32\config
  • ถ้าถาม Overwrite พิมพ์ All > Enter
  • พิมพ์ exit > Enter > Restart

9. ตรวจสอบ Device Partition และ OS Device Partition

  • Advanced Command Prompt > รัน: bcdedit
  • ดูค่า device partition และ osdevice partition ให้ถูกต้อง (ปกติคือ C:)
  • หากผิด (เช่นเป็น D:) ให้รัน:
bcdedit /set {default} device partition=c:
bcdedit /set {default} osdevice partition=c:

หาก Windows ติดตั้งอยู่พาร์ติชันอื่น ให้ใช้ Drive Letter นั้นแทน C:

  • Restart > ทดสอบ

10. Refresh หรือ Reset Windows 10 (วิธีสุดท้าย)

หากทุกวิธีล้มเหลว ให้ Refresh/Reset Windows:

  • Refresh: ลบโปรแกรมที่ติดตั้ง แต่เก็บ Universal Apps และ Settings
  • Reset: ลบไฟล์ Settings Apps ทั้งหมด
  • แนะนำ: Backup ไฟล์สำคัญก่อน
