Fix Microsoft Store Problems
ครั้งแรกเจอปัญหา แนะนำ Restart PC ก่อน จะ Clear Temporary Glitch ของ Store App หรือ Windows 10

สร้าง Store Database File ใหม่
ลบ Windows Store Database File เดิม บังคับ Store สร้างใหม่ แก้ไขถ้า Database เสียหาย ไฟล์อยู่ที่ C: หรือ Drive ที่ติดตั้ง Windows
- Windows + E เปิด File Explorer
- ไป C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\DataStore
- หาไฟล์ DataStore.edb
- คลิกขวา Delete (ปลอดภัยกว่านะ Rename เป็น Datastrebkp.edb)
- Restart PC → เปิด Microsoft Store ใหม่ เช็คแก้ไขได้ไหม
เช็ค Windows Update Service Status
Microsoft Store พึ่งพา Windows Update Service ถ้าไม่ได้เริ่มหรือค้าง อาจเจอปัญหาใช้ Store App
- Windows + R พิมพ์ services.msc OK
- หา Windows Update Service
- คลิกขวา Restart
- ถ้ายังไม่ Start Double-click → Properties → Startup Type: Automatic → Start → Apply → OK
รัน Troubleshooter
Windows 10 มี Troubleshooting Tools สำเร็จรูป รัน Windows Store Apps Troubleshooter สแกนและวินิจฉัยปัญหา
- ค้นหา Troubleshooting → Troubleshoot Settings
- ขวา Scroll หา Windows Store → Select → Run the Troubleshooter
- เสร็จแล้ว รัน Internet Troubleshooter ด้วย
- Restart PC ให้การเปลี่ยนแปลงมีผล
ปิด Proxy Settings
ยังไม่ได้ ลองเช็คและปิด Proxy Settings:
- Windows + R พิมพ์ inetcpl.cpl OK
- แท็บ Connections → LAN Settings
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก "Use a proxy server for your LAN" → Apply
Reset Microsoft Store
Reset Store App ล้าง Stored Data ตั้งค่ากลับ Default ไม่สูญเสีย Purchases หรือ Installed Apps
- Windows + I → Settings
- Apps → Apps & Features (ซ้าย)
- Scroll หา Microsoft Store → คลิก
- Advanced Options → Reset Button
- หน้าต่างใหม่ คลิก Reset → Warning จะลบ Data → คลิก Reset อีกครั้ง
- Restart PC → เปิด Microsoft Store เช็ค Connection Error หายไหม
Tweak Registry สำหรับ Connection Errors
ถ้าเจอ Connection Error ทุกครั้งเปิด Store หรือดาวน์โหลด/อัปเดต Registry Tweak นี้อาจช่วย
- Windows + R พิมพ์ Regedit OK
- Backup Registry ก่อน แล้วไป HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles
- คลิกขวา Profiles → Permissions → Advanced
- ติ๊ก "Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object" → OK
