HDMI เป็นวิธีเชื่อมต่อ Output Devices ยอดนิยม แต่บางครั้งเจอ Error ด้าน Video/Audio ถ้า Windows 10 Not Detecting HDMI TV หลัง Windows/Driver Update หรือเจอ No Signal ตอนเชื่อม TV กับ PC ผ่าน HDMI Port อย่ากังวล หลาย User รายงานปัญหานี้
Laptop ไม่ Recognize TV เป็น Audio Source (HDMI)
Windows 10 ไม่ Recognize HDMI Cable ที่เสียบ Graphics Card แต Monitor ตัวที่สองทำงานปกติเสียบ DVI Port บน Card เดียวกัน
User อื่นรายงาน: "อัปเดต Drivers และ Windows ครบแล้ว แต่ Display Settings ระบุแค่ Main Monitor TV รู้ว่ามี Input จาก HDMI แต่บอก No Signal"
Windows 10 ไม่ Detect Second Monitor หรือ HDMI TV ส่วนใหญ่เพราะ Graphics Driver Problem: Outdated, ไม่เข้ากันกับ Windows Version ปัจจุบัน ต้อง Update หรือ Reinstall Graphics Driver เวอร์ชันล่าสุด
ตรวจสอบพื้นฐานก่อน
- HDMI Cable เสียบตรงทั้งสองข้าง (PC Graphics Card HDMI Port และ TV HDMI Port)
- Unplug HDMI จาก TV แล้วเสียบใหม่
- ลอง HDMI Cable ใหม่/คนละเส้น เช็คว่า Cable เสียไหม
- เลือก HDMI Port ให้ถูกต้องจาก TV Remote (TV หลายตัวมี HDMI1, HDMI2, ฯลฯ)
- กด Windows Logo + P พร้อมกัน
- คลิก Duplicate
- Duplicate ไม่ได้ → ลอง Extend
- เช็คว่า Windows Detect TV แล้วไหม
รัน Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
- Control Panel → System and Security
- ซ้ายบน ค้นหา "troubleshoot" → Troubleshooting
- Hardware and Sound → Hardware and Devices → Next
- จะค้นหาและแก้ปัญหา HDMI Ports ไม่ทำงานอัตโนมัติ
Roll Back Graphics Driver
ปัญหานี้ส่วนใหญ่เพราะ Graphics Driver ถ้าเริ่มหลัง Driver Update แนะนำ Rollback Drivers เรียกคืนเวอร์ชันก่อนหน้า:
Rollback Graphics Card:
- Windows + X → Device Manager
- Double-click Display Adapters → Select Graphics Device
- Right-click → Properties
- แท็บ Driver → Roll Back Driver
- Follow วิซาร์ดจบ Rollback
Note: Rollback Driver พอได้กดก็ต่อเมื่อเพิ่ง Update Graphics Driver เวอร์ชันล่าสุด
Restart Windows → ลองเชื่อม TV เช็คได้ไหม
Update หรือ Reinstall Display (Graphics) Driver
ถ้า Rollback ไม่ได้ ลอง Update Display Driver เวอร์ชันล่าสุด:
- Windows + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc OK
- Device Manager เปิด → Double-click Display Driver → Select Graphics Device
- Right-click → Update Driver
- Select "Search automatically for updated driver software"
- Windows เช็ค Latest Display Driver
- เจอ → ดาวน์โหลดติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ
- Restart → ลองเชื่อม HDMI TV
Reinstall Graphics Driver แบบ Manual
ถ้า Windows Update ไม่ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่ แนะนำ Reinstall เอง:
Device Manager → Right-click Graphics Driver → Uninstall
Restart Windows เพื่อ Uninstall Driver สนิท ดาวน์โหลด Graphics Driver จากเว็บ Manufacturer ติดตั้ง เรียบร้อยแล้วบอกมาได้ไหม
