Microsoft ปล่อย Windows Updates พร้อม Security Improvements/Bug Fixes สม่ำเสมอ มี Updates → Windows 10 ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ Restart → Apply แต่บางครั้งเจอ Windows 10 Update ไม่ดาวน์โหลด Status: Pending Download, Pending Install, Stuck Initializing/Installing/Awaiting Install บทความนี้แก้ Windows Update ไม่ดาวน์โหลด/ไม่ติดตั้ง
Windows Update Not Downloading
เช็คก่อน: Internet ทำงานปกติ? (Ping Test) ปิด Antivirus/VPN ชั่วคราว Restart PC → Settings > Update & Security → เช็คอัปเดตใหม่ (แก้ได้ถ้า Glitch ชั่วคราว)
CMD Admin → SC config trustedinstaller start=auto → Enter → Restart → Check Updates
1. เช็ค Windows Update Service ว่าทำงานอยู่
- Win+R → services.msc → OK
- หา Windows Update → คลิกขวา Properties
- Startup Type: Automatic → ถ้า Stopped → Start → Apply → OK
ทำซ้ำกับ Services ที่เกี่ยวข้อง: Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)
2. เปลี่ยนเป็น Google DNS
- Win+R → ncpa.cpl → OK
- คลิกขวา Active Adapter (WiFi/Ethernet) → Properties
- ดับเบิลคลิก IPv4 → Properties
- เลือก Use the following DNS server addresses
- Preferred: 8.8.8.8 Alternate: 8.8.4.4
- ติ๊ก Validate Settings Upon Exit → OK
3. รัน Windows Update Troubleshooter
Built-in Troubleshooter Detect/Fix ปัญหาบล็อก Download/Install:
- Win+I → Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot
- Additional Troubleshooters → หา Windows Update → Run the Troubleshooter
- เสร็จ → Restart → Check Updates อีกครั้ง
Windows Update Stuck at 100% Downloading
ปกติ Download ไว (ขึ้นกับเน็ต) แตค้างที่ % ไหนก็ได้ (0, 99, 100%) หาก Software Update Folders/Service มีปัญหา → Reset Components:
หมายเหตุ: ต้องมี Internet เสถียร หากหลุด → ค้างนาน
Reset Windows Update Components
- Win+R → services.msc → OK
- หา Windows Update → Stop
- Win+E →
C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download - ลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ทั้งหมดใน Download (Cache Files - ไม่ต้องกังวล Windows โหลดใหม่)
- Services Console → Start Windows Update Service
- Check Updates ใหม่
4. รัน DISM และ SFC
ไฟล์ระบบเสีย → บล็อก Update → DISM + SFC:
- CMD Admin → DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth → Enter
- sfc /scannow → Enter
- Restart หลังสแกน 100%
Windows Update Pending Download
Windows 10 ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Critical Security Updates อัตโนมัติ ถ้า Pending Download = Optional Update ต้องกด Download เอง หรือ Network ตั้ง Metered Connection → จำกัด Download
- กด Download Button ด้วยตนเอง
- เช็ค Metered Connection: Settings > Network & Internet > WiFi > Manage Known Networks > Properties → ปิด Set as Metered Connection
ตั้งค่า Group Policy (ไม่สำหรับ Win 10 Home)
- Win+R → gpedit.msc → OK
- Computer Config > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update
- Configure Automatic Updates → เลือก Option ที่ต้องการ:
- Notify for download and auto-install
- Auto download and notify for install
- Auto download and schedule the install
- Allow local admin to choose the setting
Windows Update Pending Install
Pending Install = ดาวน์โหลดเสร็จ รอติดตั้ง อาจมี Active Hours หรือ Group Policy ตั้งไว้ Download แล้ว Notify/Schedule
- gpedit.msc → Config > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update
- Double-click Automatic Updates immediate installation → Enable
ลองปิด Active Hours:
- คลิกขวา Start → Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update
- Change Active Hours → ปิด Automatically adjust active hours → Change → ตั้งช่วงเวลาอื่น
