เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน User Account
Win10 มี 2 ประเภท: Local Account และ Microsoft Account
Local Account Password
- Start → Settings → Accounts → Sign-in Options
- เลื่อนลงหา Password → Change
- ใส่รหัสเก่า → ใหม่ + Hint → Finish
- Win + L Lock → Login ด้วยรหัสใหม่
Microsoft Account Password
- Settings → Accounts → Sign-in Options → Password → Change
- ใส่รหัสเก่า → ยืนยัน 4 หลักสุดท้ายเบอร์โทรที่ผูกไว้
- รอ SMS Code → ใส่ Code → ใส่รหัสเก่า + ใหม่ 2 ครั้ง → Finish
ติดตั้ง Windows Updates ล่าสุดด้วยตนเอง
Win10 โหลด/ติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ แต่ถ้ายังไม่ได้:
- Win + I → Update & Security → Windows Update
- กลางหน้าจอ Check for Updates
- ถ้ามี → โหลด/ติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ → Prompt Restart
Uninstall Programs/Apps
- Settings → Apps → Apps & Features → เลือก App → Uninstall
- ทำซ้ำกับ App อื่นๆ
หรือ Control Panel: Win+R → appwiz.cpl → Enter → คลิกขวา App → Uninstall

Print Screen Key
PrtScr = จับทั้งหน้าจอ → Clipboard → Paste ใน Paint/GIMP/Photoshop → Save
Alt + PrtScr = จับแค่ Active Window
Win + Shift + S = จับพื้นที่เฉพาะ → Clipboard
Snipping Tool
Start → ค้น "Snipping Tool" → ง่ายๆ ใช้ Hotkeys:
- Alt + M = เลือก Mode (Rectangular, Free-form, Window, Full-screen)
- Alt + N = New Snip โหมดเดิม
- Shift + Arrow Keys = เลือกพื้นที่ Rectangular
- Alt + D = Delay 1-5 วินาที
- Ctrl + C = Copy, Ctrl + S = Save, Ctrl + P = Print, Ctrl + N = New, Esc = Cancel
เปิดใช้ Bluetooth Windows 10
- Settings → Devices → Bluetooth & Other Devices (ซ้าย) → Toggle Bluetooth On
- PC จะ Scan หาอุปกรณ์ → เปิด Bluetooth บนโทรศัพท์/อุปกรณ์อื่น → Pair
หรือ Action Center (Win + A) → คลิกไอคอน Bluetooth Toggle On
เช็ค Windows 10 Product Key
Microsoft ไม่ทำให้หา Key ง่าย ใช้ ProduKey (ฟรี) ดึง Key ได้:
- ดาวน์โหลด ZIP → Extract (7-Zip/WinZip) → รัน produkey.exe
- หา "Windows 10" ในคอลัมน์ Product Name → Product Key ถัดไปคือ Key ของคุณ
- Right-click → Save Selected Items (Text) หรือ Copy Product Key
เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ Windows 10 (Speed Up)
ถ้า Win10 ช้า, ไม่ตอบสนอง, Shutdown ช้า ให้ปรับ:
- Disable Startup Apps
- Turn off Windows Tips/Suggestions

Boot เข้า Safe Mode Windows 10
Safe Mode เริ่มต้นด้วยขั้นต่ำ เหมาะ Troubleshooting Startup/BSOD
- Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Advanced Startup → Restart Now
- หรือ Start → Power → กดค้าง Shift + Restart
- Troubleshoot → Advanced Options → Startup Settings → Restart
- กด 4 = Safe Mode, 5 = Safe Mode with Networking, 6 = Safe Mode with Command Prompt
ถ้าบูทไม่ได้ ใช้ Installation Media เข้า Advanced Options
เปิดใช้ System Restore Windows 10
System Restore คืนค่าระบบย้อนหลัง ไม่กระทบไฟล์/ข้อมูล Default ปิดอยู่ ต้องเปิดก่อน
Enable System Protection
- Start → ค้น "restore" → Create a restore point
- แท็บ System Protection → Configure
- Restore Settings → Turn on system protection
- Disk Space Usage → ปรับ (แนะนำ 1GB+)
Perform System Restore
- Start → ค้น "restore" → Create a restore point
- System Protection → System Restore
- Wizard → เลือก Restore Point → Next → Finish
Rollback Windows 10 กลับ Build ก่อนหน้า
เจอปัญหาหลัง Major Update → Rollback/Uninstall 22H2 ได้:
Note: 22H2 มาเป็น Enablement Package ถ้าอัปจาก 2004/20H2 → Uninstall Enablement Package จาก Windows Update
ถ้าอัปจาก 1909/1903 → ใช้ Recovery Settings:
- Win + I → Update & Security → Recovery (ซ้าย)
- Get Started ภายใต้ "Go back to previous version of Windows 10" → ตามขั้นตอน
Reset/Refresh Windows 10
ปัญหาใหญ่ ลอง Troubleshoot หมดแล้ว → Reset คืนค่า Default:
- Settings → Update & Security → Recovery → Reset this PC → Get Started
- Keep my files = Refresh, Remove everything = Reset
- Review Apps ที่จะถูกลบ → Next → Reset
- แก้ปัญหา + Reclaim Disk Space พร้อมกัน
