แก้ปัญหาติดตั้งแอปบน Microsoft Store
สาเหตุหลากหลาย: Store Database เสีย, Microsoft Account ปัญหา, Antivirus บล็อกการดาวน์โหลด ฯลฯ นี่คือวิธีแก้รวม Error 0x80070490, 0x80072F8F ฯลฯ
- เปิด Microsoft Store
- คลิก User Icon → Sign Out
- ค้นหาแอปที่ต้องการ → กด Get → Sign In กลับ
- ควรดาวน์โหลดได้แล้ว
ปิด Security Software (Antivirus) ชั่วคราว Disconnect VPN ตรวจสอบ Internet เสถียร

รัน Windows App Troubleshooter
Built-in Windows 10 Store Apps Troubleshooter ช่วยแก้ปัญหาติดตั้งแอปได้ดี ให้รันและปล่อย Windows ตรวจจับ/แก้ไข
- Windows + X → Settings
- Update & Security → Troubleshoot
- เลื่อนหา Windows Store Apps → Select → Run the Troubleshooter
จะสแกนระบบ ตรวจจับปัญหาที่ป้องกัน Store Apps ทำงานผิด ถ้าพบจะพยายามแก้ อาจไม่แก้ได้หมด แต่อาจไม่พบปัญหา แต่ควรลองก่อนวิธีอื่น
ล้าง Windows Store Cache (WSReset)
Clear Store Cache ช่วยแก้ปัญหาติดตั้ง/อัปเดตแอป รีเซ็ต Store โดยไม่เปลี่ยน Account Settings หรือลบแอปที่ติดตั้งแล้ว
วิธี Reset Windows Store
- Windows + R → พิมพ์ wsreset.exe → OK
- จะเปิด CMD ขึ้นมาว่าง แต่กำลังล้าง Cache อยู่
- ประมาณ 10 วินาที หน้าต่างจะปิด และ Store เปิดอัตโนมัติ
- ลองดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้งแอปดู
Reset Microsoft Store เป็นค่าเริ่มต้น
Reset Store เป็น Default ล้าง Cache Data ทำให้ใหม่ทั้งหมด WSReset ล้าง Cache แต่ Reset เป็น Advanced Option ล้าง Preferences, Login, Settings ฯลฯ ทั้งหมด
- Windows + I → Settings
- Apps → Apps & Features
- เลื่อนหา "Store" → คลิก → Advanced Options → Reset
จะมีเตือนว่าจะสูญเสียข้อมูลแอป คลิก Reset อีกครั้ง → รีสตาร์ท Windows → เปิด Store ลองดาวน์โหลดแอป
ลอง User Account อื่น
ปัญหา User Profile ก็ทำให้ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้งไม่ได้ แนะนำสร้าง User ใหม่
สร้าง User Account Windows 10:
- Windows + X → Settings
- Accounts → Family & Other Users
- ขวา: Add someone else to this PC (Other Users)
ลองใช้ Microsoft Account อื่น หรือสมัครใหม่ Sign Out บัญชีเก่า ล็อกอินบัญชีใหม่ ทดสอบ Store
หากไม่มี Microsoft Account เปิด CMD Admin พิมพ์ net user username password /add
Note: แทนที่ username = ชื่อของคุณ, Password = รหัสผ่าน
Sign Out บัญชีเก่า ล็อกอินบัญชีใหม่ ตรวจสอบ Store
Reinstall Microsoft Store App
หาวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ให้ Uninstall และ Reinstall Store ผ่าน PowerShell
คลิกขวา Start → Windows PowerShell (Admin) → วางคำสั่งด้านล่าง → Enter → Reboot
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Remove-AppxPackage
ล็อกอินครั้งต่อไป เปิด PowerShell (Admin) อีกครั้ง วางคำสั่ง → Enter → Reboot
Get-AppxPackage -allusers *WindowsStore* | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}
Microsoft Store Connection Error
หากเจอ Connection Error ขณะดาวน์โหลด/อัปเดต Registry Tweak นี้ช่วยได้
- Windows + R → Regedit → OK
- Backup Registry → ไป Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles
- คลิกขวา Profiles → Permissions → Advanced
- ติ๊ก Replace all child object permission entries with inheritable permission entries from this object → Apply → OK
- รีสตาร์ท Windows → เปิด Microsoft Store ตรวจสอบ
