แก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router

ผู้ใช้รายงานว่าอุปกรณ์ทุกเครื่องถูกบล็อกโดย Access Control ของ Router ข้อความ: "This device is blocked by access control in the router" พบบ่อยกับ Router/Modem NetGear ไม่เฉพาะ Windows เวอร์ชันใด (Win 7, 8.1, 10)

แก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router

สาเหตุของข้อผิดพลาด "This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router"

จากการสืบสวน พบสาเหตุ 2 ประการ:

  • อุปกรณ์ถูกบล็อกโดย ACL (Access Control List) — ACL ใช้บังคับความปลอดภัยเครือข่าย จำกัดอุปกรณ์หรือการเข้าถึงอินเทอร์เน็ต แก้ได้โดยปิด Access Control หรือ Reset Router
  • Access Control ตั้งเป็น Whitelist Mode — หากตั้งเป็น Whitelist อุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดอาจถูกบล็อก วิธีแก้: เปลี่ยน MAC/IP ของอุปกรณ์หนึ่งเพื่อเข้าได้ หรือ Reset Router กลับค่าโรงงาน

ลองวิธีแก้ด้านล่าง

วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Access Control

ACL บล็อกอุปกรณ์โดย IP Address หากเปิด Access Control และอุปกรณ์ถูกบล็อก (หรือไม่อยู่ใน Allow List) จะไม่เชื่อมต่อได้

แก้ได้โดยเข้า Router Settings ปิด Access Control (ขั้นตอนต่างกันตามรุ่น แต่หลักการคล้ายกัน):

  1. บน Browser อื่น (ไม่ใช่เครื่องที่ถูกบล็อก) ไปที่ IP Router (มักเป็น https://192.168.0.1 หรือ https://192.168.1.1)
  2. ล็อกอิน (ลอง admin/admin หายังไม่ตั้งรหัส)แก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  3. ไป Advanced > Security > Access Control ปิด Access Control ทั้งหมด หรือลบอุปกรณ์ออกจาก Blacklistแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router หมายเหตุ: หากเป็น Whitelist Mode ให้ Allow อุปกรณ์นั้น
  4. Save, รีสตาร์ท Router/Modem ทดสอบ

หายังไม่ได้ ให้ลองวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 2: Reset Router กลับค่าโรงงาน

วิธีเร็วที่สุด: Reset Router เป็นค่าโรงงาน รอ بضعนาที ล็อกอินใหม่ อุปกรณ์ทุกเครื่องจะไม่ถูกบล็อกอีก

กดปุ่ม Reset ถึง 10 วินาที (LED กระพริบทุกตัวพร้อมกัน = Reset เสร็จ) บางรุ่นต้องใช้เข็มกดแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router

หมายเหตุ: จะ Reset Username/Password กลับเป็นค่า Default (มัก admin/admin)

วิธีที่ 3: หลีกเลี่ยง Router/Modem Access Control

Router บล็อกอุปกรณ์โดยดู MAC Address หรือ IP Address สามารถเปลี่ยนทั้งคู่ได้ง่าย เหมาะเมื่อทุกอุปกรณ์ถูกบล็อก เข้า Router Settings ไม่ได้

เปลี่ยน MAC Address:

  1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc Enter เปิด Device Managerแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  2. ขยาย Network adapters คลิกขวา Network Controller เลือก Propertiesแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  3. แท็บ Advanced หา Property ชื่อ Network Address หรือ Locally Administered Address เปลี่ยนจาก Not Present เป็น Value ใส่ MAC Address ใหม่แก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router หมายเหตุ: Windows รับ MAC ไม่มี dash/space เช่น 01-23-45-67-89-XY ใส่เป็น 0123456789XY
  4. OK, รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง

เปลี่ยน IP Address:

  1. กด Windows + R พิมพ์ ncpa.cpl Enter เปิด Network Connectionsแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  2. คลิกขวา Connection ที่ใช้งานอยู่ Propertiesแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  3. แท็บ Networking ดับเบิลคลิก Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)แก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  4. แท็บ General เปลี่ยนจาก Obtain an IP address automatically เป็น Use the following IP address ใส่ IP ใหม่ OKแก้ไข: This Device is Blocked by Access Control in the Router
  5. รีสตาร์ท ทดสอบ
