แก้ Windows Hello ไม่พร้อมใช้งานบนอุปกรณ์นี้ Windows 10: Windows Hello เป็นฟีเจอร์ใน Windows 10 ให้ Sign-in ด้วย นิ้วมือ, ใบหน้า, หรือ Iris Scan เป็นเทคโนโลยีชีวภาพ (Biometrics) เพื่อยืนยันตัวตนเข้าถึงอุปกรณ์ แอป เครือข่าย เป็นต้น

Windows Hello ป้องกันแฮกเกอร์ Brute Force ได้ดี ควรเปิดใช้งานที่ Settings > Accounts > Sign-in options ตั้งค่า Toggle ใต้ Windows Hello ให้เปิด

แต่ถ้าเจอข้อความ “Windows Hello isn’t available on this device” ทำไม? ต้องมีฮาร์ดแวร์ Biometrics ถึงจะใช้ได้ แต่ถ้ามีฮาร์ดแวร์ครบแล้วยังเจอ Error สาเหตุคือ Driver หรือ Config Windows 10 มาแก้กันเลยครับ

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ

วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบ Windows Update

  1. Win + I > Update & Security
  2. คลิก Check for updates
  3. ถ้ามีอัปเดต ติดตั้ง > Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

  1. Win + I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
  2. ใต้ Find and fix other problems คลิก Hardware and Devices
  3. กด Run the troubleshooter ตามขั้นตอน

วิธีที่ 3: เปิดใช้งาน Biometrics จาก Group Policy Editor

หมายเหตุ: ใช้ได้เฉพาะ Windows 10 Pro, Education, Enterprise (Home ไม่ได้)

  1. Win + R > gpedit.msc > Group Policy Editor
  2. ไป: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Biometrics
  3. เลือก Biometrics > ดับเบิลคลิก Allow the use of biometrics
  4. ติ๊ก Enabled > Apply > OK
  5. Reboot

วิธีที่ 4: อัปเดต Biometric Drivers จาก Device Manager

  1. Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
  2. เมนู Action > Scan for hardware changes
  3. ขยาย Biometrics > คลิกขวา Fingerprint Sensor Device หรือ Validity Sensor > Uninstall device
  4. Reboot (Windows จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์ Biometric ใหม่ล่าสุดอัตโนมัติ)

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Fast Startup

  1. Win + R > control > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Power Options
  2. ซ้าย: Choose what the power buttons do
  3. คลิก Change settings that are currently unavailable
  4. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on fast startup > Save changes

วิธีที่ 6: รีเซ็ต Face/Fingerprint Recognition

  1. Win + I > Accounts > Sign-in options
  2. ใต้ Windows Hello หา Fingerprint หรือ Facial Recognition > กด Remove
  3. กด Get Started ตั้งค่าใหม่ตามขั้นตอน
  4. ปิด Settings > Reboot
