แก้ไข: File System Error -2147219196 เปิด Windows Photo App

Error -2147219196 ขึ้นตอนเปิดรูปด้วย Photos App (บางครั้ง Calculator ก็ขึ้น) บน Windows 10 เท่านั้น มาจากบั๊ก Windows Update

วิธีเร็วที่สุด: ใช้ Windows Photo Viewer (Classic) แทน → คลิกขวารูป → Open with → Windows Photo Viewer (ปลอดภัย ไม่ต้องติดตั้งอะไร)

วิธี 1: Uninstall/Reinstall Photos App (PowerShell + PsTools)

1. รัน Restoro ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบ (Optional)
2. PowerShell Admin: Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Remove-AppxPackage
3. ดาวน์โหลด PsTools (Microsoft Sysinternals) → Extract
4. CMD Admin: <PsToolsPath>\PsExec.exe -sid c:\windows\system32\cmd.exe → Agree
5. ใน CMD ใหม่: rd /s "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_..._8wekyb3d8bbwe" (Path เวอร์ชันแตกต่าง → ใช้ Run Autocomplete หา)
6. กด Y ยืนยัน → เปิด Microsoft Store ติดตั้ง Photos ใหม่

วิธี 2: Clean Boot

แอปบุคคลที่สามอาจขัดขวาง

1. Win+R → msconfig → Services → ติ๊ก Hide all Microsoft services → Disable all
2. Startup → Open Task Manager → Disable ทุก Enabled items
3. Restart → ทดสอบ Photos App
4. หาได้ ให้ Enable ทีละ Service จนเจอตัวทำให้ Error → Disable ตัวนั้นทิ้ง

วิธี 3: Windows Troubleshooter

Settings → Update & Security → Troubleshoot → Windows Store Apps → Run troubleshooter

วิธี 4: แก้สิทธิ์โฟลเดอร์ Photos App (Advanced)

1. CMD Admin: TAKEOWN /F "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps" /R /D Y
2. เข้าโฟลเดอร์ WindowsApps (Show hidden files) → หา Photos App Folder → Properties → Security → Advanced → Change Owner → NT SERVICE\TrustedInstaller → Replace owner on subcontainers → Apply
3. PowerShell Admin: get-appxpackage *Microsoft.Windows.Photos* | remove-appxpackage → Restart
4. PowerShell Admin: Get-AppxPackage -allusers Microsoft.Windows.Photos | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

วิธี 5: Windows Update

รอ Bug Fix จาก Microsoft Update เป็นวิธีถาวร
