แก้หูฟัง/หูฟังไมโครโฟน ไม่ทำงาน/ไม่ตรวจพบใน Windows 10

บางคนเสียบหูฟัง/หูฟังไมโครโฟน แล้ว Windows ไม่ตรวจพบ พบบ่อยใน Laptop บาง Desktop ที่มี Sound Card แยก

ไม่เจาะจง Windows Version เจอ Win7, 8, 10 บ่อย

หมายเหตุ: ก่อนลองวิธีด้านล่าง ติดตั้ง Audio Driver แม่บอร์ด/การ์ดเสียงที่แนะนำก่อน (Laptop โหลดจากเว็บผู้ผลิตรุ่นเครื่อง)

1. ปิด Front Panel Jack Detection (Realtek)

Realtek Software จัดการ Panel Jack ผิด ปิด Jack Detection แล้วหูฟังถูกตรวจพบ (Bug เฉพาะ Realtek)

ไม่適用หากไม่ได้ใช้ Realtek HD Audio Manager

1. Win+R > control > Enter (Control Panel)
   
2. Hardware and Sound > Realtek HD Audio Manager
   
3. Device advanced settings > เลือก Separate all input jacks as independent input devices > OK
   หมายเหตุ: Realtek เก่า: Connector settings > ติ๊ก Disable front panel jack detection
4. ปิด Realtek > Restart > ทดสอบ ไม่ได้? วิธี 2

2. เปิด Multi-stream Mode (Realtek)

Setting Realtek อีกอย่าง: เปิด Multi-stream Mode แล้วหูฟังถูก Detect

ใช้ได้เฉพาะ Realtek Audio Driver

1. Win+R > control > Enter
2. Hardware and Sound > Realtek HD Audio Manager
   
3. มุมขวาบน Device advanced settings > เปิด Multi-stream mode > OK
4. Reboot > ทดสอบ ไม่ได้? วิธีถัดไป

3. อัปเดต Audio Driver ใหม่สุด

Driver ผิด/เสียหลังอัปเกรด Win10 ทำให้ไม่ตรวจพบหูฟัง

เช็คเร็ว: Device Manager (Win+R > devmgmt.msc) > Sound, video and game controllers > หูฟังอยู่ไหม? อยู่ = Update Driver > Search automatically

Reboot ทดสอบ ไม่อยู่ในลิสต์? ขั้นตอน 3

3. ดู Device ที่มี เครื่องหมาย Ausrufezeichen สีเหลือง (มักอยู่ใน Unknown Devices)
4. คลิกขวา > Update Driver หาไม่เจอ? Double-click > Details Tab > Property: Device Instance Path > Copy Value ค้น Google จะรู้ว่า Driver ตัวไหน
   
5. ติดตั้ง Driver ที่หาย > Reboot > ทดสอบ

4. เปลี่ยน Default Sound Format

Format เสียงปัจจุบันอาจไม่เข้ากับหูฟัง

1. Win+R > Control > Enter
   
2. Hardware and Sound > Sound
3. Tab Playback > Double-click Default Playback Device
   
4. Tab Advanced > Default Format > เลือกตัวอื่น > Apply > OK
5. ทดสอบหูฟัง

5. เปลี่ยนเป็น Driver Default ของ Windows (High Definition Audio Device)

Driver ที่ติดตั้งอยู่อาจชน ใช้ Driver Microsoft แทน

1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc
   
2. Sound, Video and Game Controllers > คลิกขวา Driver ปัจจุบัน > Update Driver > Browse my computer
   
3. Let me pick from a list > เลือก High Definition Audio Device > Next > Confirm
4. ทดสอบ

6. เลือกอุปกรณ์ที่ถูกต้องใน Realtek Control Center

Realtek บางครั้งต้องระบุว่าต่ออะไรเข้าไป (Headphones/Headset)

1. คลิกขวา Speaker Icon System Tray > Sound Manager
2. Realtek Sound Manager (หาใน Search ถ้าไม่ขึ้น)
3. คลิก โฟลเดอร์สีเหลืองเล็ก ขวา > ติ๊ก Enable auto pop dialogue
   
4. Save > ถอดสาย 3.5mm/USB หูฟัง
5. เสียบใหม่ → Popup "Which Device did you plugin?" > เลือก Headphones
6. ทดสอบ

7. Scan for Hardware Changes (Reinstall Realtek)

Driver Glitch → Uninstall Realtek ทั้งหมด > Scan Hardware Changes ให้ Windows ติดตั้งใหม่

1. Win+R > devmgmt.msc
   
2. Sound, Video and Game Controllers > คลิกขวา Sound Driver > Uninstall Device
   
3. Audio inputs and outputs > Uninstall ทั้งหมด
4. Win+R > Control > Uninstall a Program
   
5. Uninstall Realtek Audio Drivers
6. ลบไฟล์ติดตั้ง Realtek ที่ดาวน์โหลดไว้ (ถ้ามี)
7. Device Manager > คลิก Scan for Hardware Changes (ไอคอนสแกนบนสุด)
8. Driver จะติดตั้งใหม่อัตโนมัติ > ทดสอบ

8. Defer Driver Updates (กัน Windows Update Driver อัตโนมัติ)

สำคัญสำหรับคนที่หูฟังหายหลัง Driver Update: Rollback Driver + บล็อก Update

1. Device Manager > Sound, Video and Game Controllers > คลิกขวา Driver > Properties > Driver Tab > Rollback Driver
   
2. ดาวน์โหลด Troubleshooter "Show or hide updates" บล็อก Driver Update อัตโนมัติ
3. ทดสอบ

9. ปิด Exclusive Control

App บางตัว Grab Exclusive Control ทำให้หูฟังไม่ถูก Detect

1. Win+R > Control > Hardware and Sound
   
2. Sound > Playback Tab > Double-click Device > Advanced Tab
3. ยกติ๊ก Allow applications to take exclusive control of this device > Apply
   
4. OK > ทดสอบ

10. ซ่อน/ปิด Cortana จาก Taskbar

บางคนแก้ได้ด้วยการซ่อน/ปิด Cortana

1. Desktop คลิกขวา Taskbar ว่าง > ยกติ๊ก Show Cortana button
   
2. ทดสอบ
3. ไม่หาย? ปิด Cortana เลย (Settings > Cortana)

11. รัน Audio Troubleshooter

Driver Fail ทำให้ Audio Glitch Troubleshooter ช่วยแก้ได้

1. Win+I > Update and Security > Troubleshoot (ซ้าย)
2. Playing Audio > Run the troubleshooter
   
3. เลือก Device ต้องการ Troubleshoot > Follow Wizard

12. เลือก Headset แทน Headphones (Realtek)

Realtek บางรุ่น Detect ไม่ได้ทั้ง Mic และ Headphones พร้อมกัน เลือก Headset แทน

1. Speaker Icon > Sound Manager / Realtek Audio Manager
2. โฟลเดอร์สีเหลืองเล็ก > Enable auto pop dialogue
   
3. Save > ถอดสาย > เสียบใหม่ → Popup → เลือก Headset
4. ทดสอบ

13. เปลี่ยน Realtek Settings: 7.1 → Stereo

ตั้งค่า Speaker Configuration ผิด → เปลี่ยน 7.1 ก่อน แล้วค่อย Stereo

1. Speaker Icon > Realtek Audio Manager
2. Speakers Icon > Speaker Configuration Dropdown > 7.1 surrounds > Save
   
3. ไม่ปิด Realtek > ถอดหูฟัง > รอสักครู่ > เสียบใหม่
4. Speaker Configuration > Stereo > Save
5. ทดสอบ

14. Uninstall Realtek + Clean Registry + Reinstall

วิธีสุดท้าย: ลบ Realtek สนิท ลบ Registry ด้วย CCleaner ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่จากเว็บผู้ผลิต

1. Device Manager > Uninstall Sound Drivers (Sound, Video and Game Controllers)
   
2. Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > Uninstall Realtek Audio Drivers
   
3. โหลด CCleaner > Clean Registry > Scan for Issues > Fix
4. Reboot > โหลด Driver ใหม่จากเว็บผู้ผลิต (ถ้า Windows ไม่ติดตั้งให้อัตโนมัติ)
