มี Dedicated Sound Card? ติดตั้ง Driver ให้ถูกต้อง Laptop: ไปเว็บ Manufacturer ดาวน์โหลด Audio Drivers ที่แนะนำสำหรับ Model นั้น
รัน Audio Troubleshooter
เจอปัญหาเสียง Windows 10 แนะนำรัน Audio Troubleshooter ในตัวก่อน:
- Settings App → Update & Security → Troubleshoot
- กลางจอเลื่อนลง → Playing Audio → Run Troubleshooter
- จะเช็คปัญหาที่ป้องกันหูฟังทำงาน
Set As Default Device
- Right-click Speaker Icon (ขวาล่าง) → Sounds
- Recording Tab → จะเห็นรายการ Recording Devices
- พูดเข้า Mic → ดู Green Bars ขึ้นไหม
- Right-click Device นั้น → Set as Default Device
เปลี่ยน Default Sound Format
Playback Tab → Double-click Default Playback Device → Advanced Tab → Default Format → เปลี่ยน Sample Rate เป็นค่าสูงสุด → Apply, OK → Test
อัปเดต Audio Drivers ให้เป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด
บางรายรายงาน Reinstall Audio Driver เวอร์ชันล่าสุดช่วยได้ คอมพิวเตอร์เริ่มรับรู้หูฟัง Driver เก่าอาจไม่รองรับหูฟัง หรือ Driver เสียจากการติดตั้งผิด ลองอัปเดต/Reinstall:
- Win + R → devmgmt.msc → Enter
- Expand Sound, Video and Game Controllers → หา Headset
- มีในรายการ? Right-click → Update Driver → Search Automatically
ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่ได้ → Reboot → ทดสอบ
หา Headset ไม่เจอใน Sound, Video and Game Controllers → เช็ค Yellow Exclamation Point ใน Device Manager (มักอยู่ใน Unknown Devices)
- เจอ Device ใน Unknown Devices → Right-click → Update Driver
- หา Driver ไม่เจอ → Double-click → Details Tab → Device Instance Path → Copy ค่า → Search Online → รู้ว่าต้องติดตั้ง Driver อะไร
- ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Driver ล่าสุด → Reboot → ทดสอบ
