ลองวิธีต่อไปหากวิธีก่อนไม่สำเร็จ
วิธีที่ 1: Re-register DLL ที่ผิดปกติ
- เปิด Start พิมพ์
cmdคลิกขวา Command Prompt > Run as Administrator ยอมรับ UAC
- ใน CMD พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละบรรทัด Enter:
regsvr32 /u api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll
regsvr32 /i api-ms-win-core-path-l1-1-0.dll - Restart PC ตรวจสอบ Desktop หรือเปิด IE ว่า Error หายหรือยัง
วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Microsoft Lync Add-On ใน Internet Explorer
Microsoft Lync (ตอนนี้คือ Skype for Business) เป็น IM Client ระดับองค์กร หากยังมี Lync/Skype for Business ให้ลองปิด Add-On ใน IE
- เปิด IE (ไอคอน e บน Taskbar หรือ Start > IE > Enter)
- คลิกไอคอน Gear (Settings) > Manage add-ons
- ใน Manage Add-ons เลือก Add-ons ของ Lync: Lync Browser Helper และ Lync Click to Call คลิก Disable ที่ส่วนล่าง
- ตรวจสอบ Desktop หรือ Restart IE ว่า Error หาย
วิธีที่ 3: ทำ System Restore
บางคนแก้ได้ด้วย System Restore ดูวิธีจากคู่มือ (ลิงก์) หากไม่ใช่ Windows 10 ข้ามไปส่วน "Restoring the System using System Restore Point:"
วิธีที่ 4: รัน SFC Scan
- Start > cmd > Run as Administrator (ยอมรับ UAC)
- ใน CMD พิมพ์ sfc /scannow Enter
จะสแกนและซ่อมไฟล์ระบบที่เสียหายทั้งหมด
- Restart ตรวจสอบ Desktop หรือเปิด IE ว่า Error หาย
วิธีที่ 5: สร้าง User Account ใหม่
สร้าง User ใหม่ทดสอบว่าปัญหายังคงอยู่หรือไม่ วิธีสร้างดูจากคู่มือ (ลิงก์)
