แก้ไข: Service Host: Local System (Network Restricted) ใช้ CPU/Disk สูง

Process "Service Host: Local System (Network Restricted)" ใช้ CPU ถึง 95% และ Disk 72 MB/s เป็นปัญหาตั้งแต่ Windows 8 คงอยู่จน Windows 10 ตัวระบุไม่ชัดเจนเพราะเป็นกลุ่ม Services หลายตัว

สาเหตุหลัก: Superfetch (SysMain) และ Memory Leak ใน Non-paged Pool

ซ่อมไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย (แนะนำทำก่อน)

รัน Restoro Repair ที่นี่ ก่อนทำวิธีอื่นๆ

1. ปิด Superfetch และ Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS)

  1. Win+R -> services.msc
  2. หา Superfetch (หรือ SysMain) -> Double-click -> Stop -> Startup type: Disabled -> OK
  3. หา Background Intelligent Transfer Service -> Stop -> Disabled -> OK
  4. Restart ทดสอบ

2. แก้ Memory Leak ใน Non-paged Pool (Registry)

  1. Win+R -> regedit
  2. ไป: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\Ndu
  3. Double-click Start -> เปลี่ยน Value data เป็น 4 (Disable) -> OK
  4. Restart

3. รัน System File Checker (SFC) + DISM

  1. CMD (Admin) -> sfc /scannow
  2. ตามด้วย dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
  3. Restart ตรวจสอบ CPU/Disk

4. Kill SVChost Process ชั่วคราว

  1. Ctrl+Shift+Esc -> Task Manager -> More details
  2. หา "Service Host: Local System" -> End task -> Tick "Abandon unsaved data and shut down" -> Shutdown
  3. ลองดาวน์โหลด Updates ด้วย Wi-Fi ไม่ใช่ Metered

5. Clean Boot หาโปรแกรมที่ขัดขวาง

msconfig -> Services: Hide Microsoft -> Disable all -> Startup: Disable all -> Restart -> เปิดทีละตัวหาตัว vilain

โปรแกรมที่มักก่อปัญหา: Virtual Disc App, Dragon NaturallySpeaking, MST Command Center, VPN Chrome Extensions, HP Processes

6. ปิด Windows Update Delivery Optimization

  1. Settings -> Windows Update -> Advanced options -> Delivery Optimization
  2. ปิด "Allow downloads from other PCs"
  3. Restart

7. รีเซ็ต Windows Update Services

  1. CMD (Admin) รัน: 
    net stop bits
net stop wuauserv
net stop appidsvc
net stop cryptsvc
ren %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.bak
ren %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 catroot2.bak
net start wuauserv
net start bits
net start appidsvc
net start cryptsvc

หายังไม่ได้ ให้รัน chkdsk เช็ค Hard Drive
