แก้ไข: Code 19 "Cannot start this hardware device" บน Windows 7/8/10

Code 19 ข้อความเต็ม: Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information (in the registry) is incomplete or damaged. (Code 19) แสดงว่า Registry ของ Windows มีปัญหา ทำให้ Hardware Device ทำงานไม่ได้ มักพบกับ CD/DVD Drive

อาจทำให้คิดว่า Hardware ชำรุด แต่จริงๆ แค่ Registry Error

ก่อนตกใจ ลองวิธีต่อไปนี้ User เยอะรายงานว่าแก้ได้ วิธีง่าย ต้องระมัดระวัง

วิธีที่ 1: Reboot ระบบ

Registry Error บางอย่างเป็นชั่วคราว โอกาสน้อยแต่ลอง Reboot ก่อน

1. เข้ Power Menu (Start > Win Key)
2. เลือก Restart รอบูตใหม่ ดูว่ายัง Error หรือไม่

วิธีที่ 2: เช็คว่า iTunes ทำปัญหาหรือไม่

iTunes ทำ Registry หวังมาก หากใช้ iTunes ลอง Repair

1. Win Key > Control Panel > View Large Icons > Programs and Features
2. หา iTunes คลิก Repair (Toolbar บน) ตาม Wizard > Reboot ควรหาย ถ้า iTunes เป็นสาเหตุ

วิธีที่ 3: ลบ UpperFilters และ LowerFilters จาก Registry (Last Resort)

วิธีนี้เสี่ยง ผิด Registry อาจต้อง Install Windows ใหม่ ระมัดระวังมาก

1. Win + R > regedit > OK เปิด Registry Editor
2. Backup Registry: File > Export > Export Range = All บันทึกไว้ที่จำง่าย
3. ไป: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ System \ CurrentControlSet \ Control \ Class
4. คลิก Key: {4d36e967-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318}
5. Right Pane: ลบ UpperFilters และ LowerFilters Key ทั้งคู่ (กด OK ยืนยัน)

คำเตือน: ทำที่ความเสี่ยงตัวเอง บางคนทำแล้วเข้า Windows ไม่ได้

6. ปิด Registry Editor > Reboot

Code 19 แก้ได้ง่ายกว่าคิด ฟอลโลว์วิธีข้างต้น จะไม่เจอ Error นี้อีก
