แก้ไข "Windows cannot start this hardware device because its configuration information is incomplete or damaged (Code 19)": Error Code 19 หมายถึงไม่ใช้ CD/DVD ได้ เนื่องจาก Driver บ้ำนัด/ล้าสมัย จนตรวจจับฮาร์ดแวร์ไม่ได้ Code 19 เป็นรหัส Device Manager ไม่ใช่ System Error Code แก้ไขได้ตามขั้นตอนด้านล่าง
วิธีแก้ไข Code 19
แนะนำ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่ม
วิธีที่ 1: System Restore
Restore คอมพิวเตอร์ไปจุดก่อนหน้าที่ทำงานปกติ
วิธีที่ 2: ลบ UpperFilters และ LowerFilters
- Windows Key + R > regedit Enter
- ไปที่ Registry Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class/{4d36e965-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} - หา UpperFilters และ LowerFilters คลิกขวา > Delete
- ปิด Registry Editor > รีสตาร์ท
วิธีที่ 3: Uninstall Driver ที่มีปัญหา
- เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
- หาเครื่องหมายอัศเจรีย์สีเหลือง > คลิกขวา > Uninstall
- ยืนยัน Yes
- ทำซ้ำจน Uninstall อุปกรณ์ที่มีเครื่องหมายอัศเจรีย์หมด
- เมนู Action > Scan for hardware changes (ติดตั้ง Driver ใหม่อัตโนมัติ)
- รีสตาร์ท
วิธีที่ 4: รัน Driver Verifier
ใช้ได้ก็ต่อเมื่อ Login Windows ปกติได้ (ไม่ใช่ Safe Mode) สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อน
