แก้ไข "Your PC needs to be repaired": ข้อผิดพลาดนี้หมายถึง Boot Configuration Data (BCD) หายไปหรือบ้ำนัด ทำให้ Windows หาอุปกรณ์บูตไม่เจอ พบบ่อยตอนอัปเกรด Windows หรือไฟล์ระบบเสียหาย/ระบบไฟล์เสียหาย

วิธีแก้ไข "Your PC needs to be repaired"

วิธีที่ 1: ถอดอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วงและฮาร์ดแวร์

ถอด USB devices/peripherals ที่ไม่จำเป็น และฮาร์ดแวร์ที่เพิ่งติดตั้งใหม่ แล้วรีสตาร์ทตรวจสอบ

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Startup/Automatic Repair

  1. บูตจาก DVD ติดตั้ง Windows 10
  2. กดปุ่มใดก็ได้เมื่อโพร้อม "Press any key to boot from CD or DVD"
  3. เลือกภาษา > Next > Repair your computer
  4. Choose an option > Troubleshoot
  5. Troubleshoot > Advanced options
  6. Advanced options > Automatic Repair หรือ Startup Repair
  7. รอซ่อมเสร็จ > รีสตาร์ท ตรวจสอบ

วิธีที่ 3: ซ่อม Boot Sector / Rebuild BCD

  1. เปิด Command Prompt จาก DVD ติดตั้ง
  2. รันคำสั่ง: 
    bootrec.exe /FixMbr
bootrec.exe /FixBoot
bootrec.exe /RebuildBcd
  3. หากล้มเหลว ใช้: 
    bcdedit /export C:\BCD_Backup
c:
cd boot
attrib bcd -s -h -r
ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old
bootrec /RebuildBcd
  4. Exit cmd > รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 4: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK

  1. เปิด Command Prompt จาก Advanced options
  2. รันคำสั่ง: 
    sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows
chkdsk c: /r

    หมายเหตุ: ใช้ Drive letter ที่ติดตั้ง Windows

  3. Exit > รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด Driver Signature Enforcement แบบถาวร

  1. เปิด Elevated Command Prompt
  2. รันคำสั่ง: 
    bcdedit -set loadoptions DISABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON
  3. รีบูทตรวจสอบ

เพื่อเปิดกลับ: 

bcdedit -set loadoptions ENABLE_INTEGRITY_CHECKS
bcdedit /set testsigning off

วิธีที่ 6: ตั้ง Partition Active ให้ถูกต้อง

  1. Command Prompt > diskpart
  2. รัน: 
    DISKPART> select disk 1
DISKPART> select partition 1
DISKPART> active
DISKPART> exit
  3. หมายเหตุ: ตั้ง System Reserved Partition (100MB) เป็น Active หรือ C: Drive หากไม่มี Reserved
  4. รีสตาร์ท

วิธีที่ 7: System Restore

  1. บูตจาก DVD Windows 10 > Repair your computer
  2. Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore
  3. ทำตามคำแนะนำ Restore ไปจุดก่อนหน้า
