Windows 10 Settings/Store แสดง "Your PC isn't connected to the internet" แต่อินเทอร์เน็ตใช้งานปกติ สาเหตุไม่ชัดเจน แต่มีหลายวิธีแก้

วิธีแก้ Your PC Isn't Connected to the Internet Error

ข้อควรระวัง: สร้าง Restore Point (หากปัญหา Windows Store ลองวิธีที่ 6 ก่อน)

วิธีที่ 1: รีสตาร์ทคอมพิวเตอร์

Restart ธรรมดา บางครั้งแก้ได้ ทดสอบ Settings/Store อีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 2: ปิด Antivirus และ Firewall ชั่วคราว

1. คลิกขวา Antivirus System Tray > Disable (15-30 นาที)
2. ทดสอบ Chrome
3. Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Firewall > Turn Windows Firewall on or off > Turn off > Restart
4. ทดสอบอีกครั้ง เปิด Firewall กลับหลังเสร็จ

วิธีที่ 3: Flush DNS และ Reset TCP/IP

1. CMD (Admin) พิมพ์:

   ipconfig /release
   ipconfig /flushdns
   ipconfig /renew

2. CMD (Admin) อีกครั้ง:

   ipconfig /flushdns
   nbtstat –r
   netsh int ip reset
   netsh winsock reset

3. Reboot

วิธีที่ 4: ยกเลิก Proxy

1. Win + R msconfig > Boot tab > ถูก Safe Boot > Apply > OK > Restart
2. หลังบูต Win + R inetcpl.cpl > Connections tab
3. ยกเลิกถูก Use a proxy server for your LAN > OK
4. msconfig > ยกเลิก Safe Boot > Apply > OK > Restart

วิธีที่ 5: รีสตาร์ท Router/Modem

ปิด/เปิด Modem และ Router รอ 30 วินาที จะสร้างการเชื่อมต่อใหม่กับ ISP (อุปกรณ์ Wi-Fi จะตัดการเชื่อมต่อชั่วคราว)

วิธีที่ 6: Reset Windows Store Cache

1. Win + R wsreset.exe Enter
2. รอจบคำสั่ง Reboot

วิธีที่ 7: ปรับ Date/Time ให้ถูกต้อง

1. Win + I > Time & Language > Additional date, time, & regional settings
2. Date and Time > Internet Time tab > Change settings
3. ถูก Synchronize with an Internet time server > Update Now > OK
4. Settings > Date & time > เปิด Set time automatically
5. ปิด Set time zone automatically เลือก Time zone เอง > Restart

วิธีที่ 8: รัน Network Troubleshooter

1. คลิกขวา Network Icon > Troubleshoot problems
2. Control Panel > Troubleshooting > Network and Internet > Network Adapter > ทำตามขั้นตอน

วิธีที่ 9: วินิจฉัยเครือข่ายด้วยคำสั่ง

1. CMD (Admin) พิมพ์:

   reg delete "HKCU\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f
   reg delete "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsSelfHost" /f

2. Reboot หายังไม่ได้: CMD (Admin) วางคำสั่งชุดนี้ (เริ่มบริการเครือข่ายทั้งหมด):

   sc config WinHttpAutoProxySvc start= demand
   sc config WlanSvc start= demand
   sc config WwanSvc start= demand
   net start DPS
   net start DiagTrack
   net start BFE
   net start MpsSvc
   net start nsi
   net start NlaSvc
   net start Dhcp
   net start BITS
   net start wuauserv
   net start WinHttpAutoProxySvc
   net start Wcmsvc

3. รอเสร็จ Reboot

วิธีที่ 10: Disable/Enable Network Adapter

1. Win + R ncpa.cpl Enter
2. คลิกขวา Wireless Adapter > Disable > คลิกขวาอีกครั้ง > Enable > Restart

วิธีที่ 11: Reset Internet Explorer

1. Win + R inetcpl.cpl > Advanced tab > Reset button
2. ถูก Delete personal settings > Reset > Reboot

วิธีที่ 12: ทำ Clean Boot
