แก้ Error "Side-by-Side Configuration Incorrect" ใน Windows 10

  1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์เริ่ม trace mode: SxsTrace Trace -logfile:SxsTrace.etl Enter

วิธีที่ 2: ติดตั้ง Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable

เครื่องขาด C++ runtime components ติดตั้ง Visual C++ Redistributable Package ตามระบบ (32-bit หรือ 64-bit) ทั้งหมดด้านล่าง:

  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package for (x64)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x64)
  • Microsoft Visual C++ 2013 Redistributable Packages (x86 และ x64)
  • Visual C++ redistributable 2015 Redistribution Update 3

หมายเหตุ: Uninstall เวอร์ชันเก่าที่มีอยู่ก่อน แล้วค่อยติดตั้งใหม่จากลิงก์ข้างต้น

วิธีที่ 3: รัน SFC Scan

  1. Windows Key + X > Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: sfc /scannow (ล้มเหลวลอง sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows)
  3. หาก SFC error "Windows Resource Protection could not start the repair service" ให้รัน DISM: 
    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
  4. รีบูทเครื่อง

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Microsoft Troubleshooting Assistant

หาวิธีข้างต้นไม่ได้ ให้รัน Microsoft Troubleshooting Assistant ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ "CSSEmerg67758" จากลิงก์ Microsoft

วิธีที่ 5: System Restore

  1. Windows Key + R > sysdm.cpl Enter
  2. แท็บ System Protection > System Restore
  3. Next > เลือก Restore Point ที่ต้องการ
  4. ปฏิบัติตามคำแนะนำ > รีบูท
  5. อาจแก้ "GTA 4 Seculauncher has failed to start because the side-by-side configuration is incorrect"

System Restore ล้มเหลว ลองบูท Safe Mode แล้วรัน System Restore ใหม่

วิธีที่ 6: อัปเดต .NET Framework

อัปเดต .NET Framework จากลิงก์ Microsoft หาไม่ได้ ลองอัปเดตเป็นเวอร์ชันล่าสุด 4.6.2

วิธีที่ 7: Uninstall Windows Live Essentials

Windows Live Essentials บางครั้งขัดแย้งกับ Windows Services Uninstall จาก Programs and Features หรือ Repair จากโปรแกรมเมนู

วิธีที่ 8: Repair Install Windows 10
