แก้ไข: "The Dependency Service or Group Failed to Start" ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ต

Error นี้ทำให้ ไม่สามารถเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้เลย (ทั้ง Wi-Fi และ LAN) ใน Network & Sharing Center จะขึ้นข้อความ "The dependency service or group failed to start" Troubleshoot แล้วขึ้น "The Diagnostic Policy Service is not running" พยายามเริ่ม Diagnostic Policy Service ใน services.msc ได้ "Error 5: Access is denied"

สาเหตุจริง: localservice และ networkservice ถูกลบออกจากกลุ่ม Administrators ทำให้ไม่มีสิทธิ์เริ่ม Diagnostic Policy Service

วิธีแก้ (ง่ายและเร็ว)

1. เปิด Command Prompt (Admin) (Win+X → Command Prompt Admin)
2. รันคำสั่ง 2 คำสั่ง:

   net localgroup administrators localservice /add
   net localgroup administrators networkservice /add

3. พิมพ์ exit → Reboot

หลังรีบูท อินเทอร์เน็ตจะทำงานปกติทันที

เพิ่มเติม: ตรวจสอบ Normal Startup ใน msconfig

1. Win+R → msconfig
2. แท็บ General → เลือก Normal Startup
3. Apply → OK → Restart
