คู่มือถอนการติดตั้ง Microsoft Security Essentials บน Windows 10 แบบสมบูรณ์

Uninstall Microsoft Security Essentials in Windows 10: หากเพิ่งอัปเกรดเป็น Windows 10 อาจต้องการถอน Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) เพราะ Windows 10 มี Windows Defender ในตัว แต่ปัญหาคือถอน MSE ไม่ได้ ทุกครั้งที่ลองลบ จะได้ Error Code 0x8004FF6F พร้อมข้อความ "You don't need to install Microsoft Security Essentials"

วิธีที่ 1: ถอน Microsoft Security Essentials

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ services.msc กด Enter
  2. หา Services ต่อไปนี้: 
    Windows Defender Service (WinDefend)

  3. คลิกขวาแต่ละตัว เลือก Stop
  4. กด Windows Key + Q ค้นหา control คลิก Control Panel
  5. คลิก Uninstall a program หา Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE)
  6. คลิกขวา MSE เลือก Uninstall
  7. จะ ถอน Microsoft Security Essentials ใน Windows 10 สำเร็จ เพราะคุณหยุด Windows Defender Service ไว้แล้ว จึงไม่ขัดจังหวะการถอน

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Uninstaller ใน Compatibility Mode สำหรับ Windows 7

หยุด Windows Defender Services ตามวิธีที่ 1 ก่อน แล้วค่อยทำต่อ:

  1. เปิด File Explorer ไปที่: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\
  2. หา Setup.exe คลิกขวาเลือก Properties
  3. ไปแท็บ Compatibility คลิก "Change Settings for all users" ล่างสุด
  4. ติ๊ก "Run this program in compatibility mode for" เลือก Windows 7 จาก Drop-down
  5. คลิก OK > Apply > OK
  6. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  7. พิมพ์คำสั่ง: 
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\setup.exe /x /disableoslimit
  8. หมายเหตุ: หาไม่เปิด Uninstall Wizard ให้ถอน MSE จาก Control Panel แทน
  9. เลือก Uninstall รอเสร็จสิ้น รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์
  10. หลังรีบูท อาจสามารถ ถอน Microsoft Security Essentials ใน Windows 10 สำเร็จ

วิธีที่ 3: ถอน MSE ผ่าน Command Prompt

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์คำสั่ง: 
    MsiExec.exe /X{75812722-F85F-4E5B-BEAF-3B7DA97A40D5}
  3. กล่องโต้ตอบถามว่าต้องการดำเนินการต่อ คลิก Yes/Continue
  4. จะ ถอน Microsoft Security Essentials อัตโนมัติ และเปิดใช้งาน Windows Defender

วิธีที่ 4: รัน Hitman Pro และ Malwarebytes

Malwarebytes เป็น Scanner อันทรงพลัง ลบ Browser Hijackers, Adware, Malware ได้ ทำงานร่วมกับ Antivirus ไม่ขัดแย้ง

  1. ดาวน์โหลด HitmanPro
  2. คลิกสองครั้ง hitmanpro.exe รันโปรแกรม
  3. คลิก Next เพื่อ scan for malicious software
  4. รอ HitmanPro ค้นหา Trojans และ Malware
  5. สแกนเสร็จ คลิก Next เพื่อ remove malware
  6. ต้อง Activate free license ก่อนจึงจะลบไฟล์อันตรายได้
  7. คลิก Activate free license เรียบร้อย
  8. รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 5: ถอน และลบไฟล์/โฟลเดอร์ Microsoft Security Essentials

  1. เปิด Notepad คัดลอกโค้ดด้านล่างไปวาง:

REM Delete the MSE folders.
rmdir /s /q "%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware"
rmdir /s /q "%ProgramData%\Microsoft\Microsoft Security Client"
rmdir /s /q "%ProgramFiles%\Microsoft Security Client"
REM Stop the WMI and its dependency services
sc stop sharedaccess
sc stop mpssvc
sc stop wscsvc
sc stop iphlpsvc
sc stop winmgmt
REM Delete the Repository folder.
rmdir /s /q "C:\Windows\System32\wbem\Repository"
sc stop
PAUSE
EXIT
  2. ใน Notepad คลิก File > Save As
  3. จาก Save as type drop-down เลือก All Files
  4. ช่อง File name พิมพ์ mseremoval.bat (.bat สำคัญมาก)
  5. เลือกที่จะบันทึก คลิก Save
  6. คลิกขวา mseremoval.bat เลือก Run as Administrator
  7. หน้าต่าง CMD จะเปิด ให้รอจนเสร็จสิ้น กดปุ่มใดก็ได้เพื่อปิด
  8. ลบไฟล์ mseremoval.bat แล้วรีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์

วิธีที่ 6: ลบ Microsoft Security Essentials ผ่าน Registry

  1. กด Ctrl + Shift + Esc เปิด Task Manager
  2. หา msseces.exe คลิกขวาเลือก End Process
  3. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์คำสั่งทีละคำสั่ง: 
    net stop msmpsvc
sc config msmpsvc start= disabled
  4. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ regedit กด Enter
  5. ไปที่ Registry Key: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\Microsoft Security Essentials
  6. คลิกขวา Microsoft Security Essentials registry key เลือก Delete
  7. ลบ Registry Keys ของ Microsoft Security Essentials และ Microsoft Antimalware จากตำแหน่งต่อไปนี้: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Microsoft Security Essentials
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Security Essentials
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Microsoft Antimalware
  8. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  9. พิมพ์คำสั่งตาม Architecture ของคุณ: 
    cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\Backup\x86 (สำหรับ 32-bit Windows)
cd C:\Program Files\Microsoft Security Client\Backup\amd64 (สำหรับ 64-bit Windows)
  10. พิมพ์คำสั่งถอน: 
    Setup.exe /x
  11. MSE Uninstaller จะเปิด ถอน Microsoft Security Essentials ใน Windows 10 รีบูทคอมพิวเตอร์
