  1. เชื่อมโทรศัพท์กับคอมพิวเตอร์ด้วย สาย USB
  2. บนโทรศัพท์ เปิด Settings > More ใต้ Network (อาจอยู่ใน Mobile Data หรือ Personal Hotspot)
  3. ใต้ More คลิก Tethering & Mobile Hotspot
  4. เปิด USB Tethering

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1: แก้ไขผ่าน Device Manager

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ devmgmt.msc กด Enter เปิด Device Manager
  2. ขยาย Network adapters คลิกขวา Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device เลือก Update Driver
  3. คลิก Browse my computer for driver software
  4. คลิก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
  5. ยกเลิกถูก Show compatible hardware เลือก Manufacturer Microsoft
  6. ด้านขวาเลือก USB RNDIS6 Adapter คลิก Next
  7. คลิก Yes ยืนยัน
  8. รอสักครู่ Microsoft จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์เสร็จ

ทดสอบว่าทำงานได้หรือยัง หากไม่ได้ ลองวิธีถัดไป

วิธีที่ 2: รัน Hardware and Devices Troubleshooter

  1. กด Windows Key + R พิมพ์ control กด Enter
  2. ค้นหา Troubleshoot คลิก Troubleshooting
  3. คลิก Configure a device ใต้ Hardware and Sound ทำตามขั้นตอน
  4. Troubleshooter จะตรวจสอบและพยายามแก้ไขอัตโนมัติ

วิธีที่ 3: แก้ไขผ่าน Registry

  1. กด Windows Key + X เลือก Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. พิมพ์: sc.exe config netsetupsvc start=disabled กด Enter
  3. เปิด Device Manager (devmgmt.msc)
  4. คลิกขวา [Your Device Name] Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device เลือก Uninstall device
  5. คลิก Yes ยืนยัน
  6. ใน Device Manager คลิก Action > Scan for hardware changes
  7. Windows จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์อัตโนมัติ
  8. เปิด Registry Editor (regedit)
  9. ไปที่: 
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E972-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}
  10. ขยายคีย์หา Entry ที่มีค่า Remote NDIS based Internet Sharing Device เป็น DriverDesc
  11. คลิกขวาที่คีย์นั้น New > DWORD (32-bit) Value สร้าง 3 ค่า:
    • *IfType
    • *MediaType
    • *PhysicalMediaType
  12. ตั้งค่า:
    • *IfType = 6
    • *MediaType = 0
    • *PhysicalMediaType = 0xe
  13. เปิด CMD (Admin) อีกครั้ง พิมพ์: sc.exe config netsetupsvc start=demand กด Enter
  14. ใน Device Manager คลิกขวาอุปกรณ์ใต้ Network Adapters > Disable
  15. คลิกขวาอีกครั้ง > Enable ควรจะแก้ไขได้แล้ว
