สาเหตุหลัก
- ฮาร์ดแวร์ไม่รองรับ: ไม่มี IR Camera, Fingerprint Reader, หรือ TPM 2.0
- Driver Biometric เก่า/หาย/เสีย
- Windows Edition: Home/Pro/Enterprise รองรับ แต่ต้องมีฮาร์ดแวร์
- Group Policy/Registry ปิด Biometrics
- Fast Startup ขัดแย้ง
- Windows Update ไม่ครบ
- TPM 2.0 ไม่เปิด/ไม่มี (Windows 11 ต้องการ)

- Face Recognition: IR Camera (Intel RealSense, Windows Hello Certified Cameras)
- Fingerprint: Fingerprint Reader (Synaptics, Goodix, Validity, ELAN)
- PIN: รองรับทุกเครื่องที่มี TPM 1.2/2.0
- Windows 11: ต้องการ TPM 2.0 + Secure Boot + UEFI

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ
วิธีที่ 1: เช็ค Hardware Compatibility และ Drivers
- Device Manager (Win + X > Device Manager) > ขยาย Biometric Devices และ Cameras
- มี Device อยู่ไหม? มี ! เหลืองไหม? ไม่มีเลย = ฮาร์ดแวร์ไม่รองรับ/เสีย
- เว็บ Manufacturer (Dell/HP/Lenovo/ASUS) โหลด Biometric/Camera Drivers ล่าสุด
วิธีที่ 2: Windows Update ครบถ้วน
- Win + I > Update & Security > Check for updates
- Optional Updates > Driver Updates ติดตั้งหมด
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 3: เริ่มบริการ Biometric
- Win + R > services.msc
- หา Windows Biometric Service > Startup: Automatic > Start
- Windows Hello Face/Fingerprint Service (ถ้ามี) > Automatic > Start
- Apply OK Reboot
วิธีที่ 4: Group Policy - เปิด Biometrics (Pro/Enterprise)
- Win + R > gpedit.msc
- Computer Config > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Biometrics
- Allow the use of biometrics > Enabled
- Allow domain users to log on using biometrics > Enabled
- User Config > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Biometrics > Same settings
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 5: Registry Fix (Home Edition ใช้ได้)
- Win + R > regedit
- ไป: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Biometrics
- สร้าง DWORD Enabled = 1
- ไป: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Hello
- สร้าง DWORD Enabled = 1
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 6: Reinstall Biometric Drivers
- Device Manager > Biometric Devices > คลิกขวา Device > Uninstall device > ติ๊ก Delete driver software
- Cameras > คลิกขวา IR Camera > Uninstall > Delete driver
- Action > Scan for hardware changes > Reboot (Windows ติดตั้งใหม่)
วิธีที่ 7: ปิด Fast Startup
- Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what power buttons do
- Change settings currently unavailable > ยกเลิกติ๊ก Turn on fast startup > Save
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 8: Reset Windows Hello Data
- Win + I > Accounts > Sign-in options
- Windows Hello Face/Fingerprint/PIN > Remove
- Get Started ตั้งค่าใหม่
วิธีที่ 9: เปิด TPM 2.0 ใน BIOS (Windows 11)
- Reboot เข้า BIOS (F2/Del/F12)
- Security/Advanced > TPM / PTT / fTPM > Enabled
- Secure Boot > Enabled
- Boot Mode: UEFI (ไม่ใช่ Legacy/CSM)
- Save & Exit
วิธีที่ 10: SFC/DISM แก้ System Files
- CMD Admin: sfc /scannow > Reboot
- CMD Admin: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth > Reboot
