• Permission/Registry Issues

วิธีแก้ Error 0x80240017

สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ

วิธีที่ 1: Uninstall VC++ Redistributable เก่าทั้งหมด แล้วติดตั้งใหม่

1. Win + I > Apps > Apps & features
2. ค้นหา Microsoft Visual C++ Uninstall ทุกตัวที่เกี่ยวกับ 2015, 2017, 2019, 2022 (x86 และ x64)
3. Reboot
4. ดาวน์โหลด Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable ล่าสุดจาก Microsoft (vc_redist.x64.exe + vc_redist.x86.exe)
5. Run as Administrator ติดตั้ง > Reboot

วิธีที่ 2: รีเซ็ต Windows Update Components

1. Win + X > Command Prompt (Admin) หรือ PowerShell (Admin)
2. พิมพ์ทีละคำสั่ง Enter:

   net stop wuauserv
   net stop bits
   net stop cryptsvc
   ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
   ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 catroot2.old
   net start wuauserv
   net start bits
   net start cryptsvc

3. Reboot > ลองติดตั้ง VC++ ใหม่

วิธีที่ 3: รัน SFC และ DISM

1. CMD Admin: sfc /scannow รอเสร็จ Reboot
2. CMD Admin: Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth รอเสร็จ Reboot

วิธีที่ 4: ใช้ Windows Update Troubleshooter

1. Win + I > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters
2. Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter
3. ทำตามขั้นตอน Reboot

วิธีที่ 5: ตรวจสอบ Windows Installer Service

1. Win + R > services.msc
2. หา Windows Installer > Startup: Manual > Start (ถ้ายังไม่ Run)
3. Reboot > ลองติดตั้งอีกครั้ง

วิธีที่ 6: ลบ Registry Keys ที่เกี่ยวข้อง (ระวังใช้)

1. Win + R > regedit
2. Backup Registry ก่อน (File > Export)
3. ลบ Keys ต่อไป (ถ้ามี):

   HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\{GUID_VC++_2015}
   HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Installer\Products\

4. Reboot > ติดตั้ง VC++ ใหม่
