ตอนต่อ Bluetooth Device กับ Windows 10 อาจเจอ Error “Bluetooth peripheral device driver not found” สาเหตุหลักคือ Bluetooth Device Driver เก่า/ไม่เข้ากัน/เสียหาย ทำให้ Add Bluetooth Device ใหม่ไม่ได้ ใช้ Mouse/Keyboard/Phone Wireless ไม่ได้
แก้โดย Re-install Driver Bluetooth Device ได้ 2 ทาง: ติดตั้ง Manual หรือโหลดจากเว็บ Manufacturer มาแก้กันเลยครับ
แก้ Bluetooth Peripheral Device Driver Not Found Error
สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนครับ
วิธีที่ 1: อัปเดต Bluetooth Device Driver ด้วยตนเอง
- Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
- ขยาย Other devices > คลิกขวา Bluetooth Peripheral Device > Update driver
- หมายเหตุ: จะเห็น Bluetooth Device Drivers หลายตัว (Bluetooth Peripheral Device) มีเครื่องหมาย ! สีเหลือง ต้องทำทุกตัว
- เลือก Search automatically for updated driver software
- รอ Windows ค้นหาเน็ต ถ้ามี จะโหลดติดตั้งอัตโนมัติ
- ถ้าไม่ได้ หรือ Windows หาไม่เจอ > คลิกขวา Bluetooth Device > Update driver อีกครั้ง
- เลือก Browse my computer for driver software
- เลือก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- เลือก ไดรเวอร์ล่าสุด จากรายการ > Next
- รอติดตั้ง Reboot
วิธีที่ 2: ดาวน์โหลด Driver จากเว็บ Manufacturer
ถ้ารู้ Manufacturer ของ Bluetooth Device ให้ไปเว็บของพวกเขา หน้า Driver & Download โหลดไดรเวอร์ล่าสุด ติดตั้ง > Reboot
วิธีที่ 3: สำหรับ Microsoft Mobile Device
- Win + R พิมพ์: control /name microsoft.system OK
- ดู System type (64-bit หรือ 32-bit Windows)
- ตาม System Type โหลด Microsoft Mobile Device Center 6.1 (drvupdate-x86 หรือ drvupdate-amd64 exe)
- รันติดตั้ง > Win + R > devmgmt.msc > Device Manager
- ขยาย Other devices > คลิกขวา Bluetooth Peripheral Device (! เหลือง) > Update driver
- ทำทุกตัวที่มี ! เหลือง
- เลือก Browse my computer for driver software
- เลือก Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer
- เลือก Bluetooth Radios
- ซ้าย: Microsoft Corporation ขวา: Windows Mobile-based device support
- Next ติดตั้ง (Ignore Warnings) > Finish
- เช็ค Device Manager > Bluetooth Radios จะเจอ Windows Mobile-based device support = แก้ได้แล้ว
