หมายเหตุ: สร้าง Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น
วิธีที่ 1: ตรวจสอบระดับเสียง (Volume Mixer) - เริ่มจากตรงนี้ก่อน
- คลิกขวาไอคอนเสียง Taskbar > Open Volume Mixer
- เช็คว่า ไม่มีอุปกรณ์/แอปใดถูก Mute และระดับเสียงอยู่สูงสุด
วิธีที่ 2: ตรวจสอบว่า Audio Device Enable อยู่หรือไม่
- Win+R > control > Hardware and Sound > Sound
- แท็บ Playback > ดูว่า Default Device Enable อยู่หรือไม่
- ถ้า Disabled > คลิกขวา > Enable
- ไม่เห็นอุปกรณ์? คลิกขวาที่พื้นที่ว่าง > Show Disabled Devices
วิธีที่ 3: Disable แล้ว Enable Sound Controller ใหม่ (รีเซ็ตไดรเวอร์)
- Win+R > devmgmt.msc (Device Manager)
- ขยาย Sound, video and game controllers
- คลิกขวา Audio Device > Disable device > รอสักครู่ > คลิกขวา > Enable device
- Restart เครื่อง > Windows จะเสนอ Troubleshooter ให้ทำตาม
วิธีที่ 4: ปิด Audio Enhancements
- คลิกขวาไอคอนเสียง > Sounds > แท็บ Playback
- คลิกขวา Speakers > Properties > แท็บ Enhancements
- ติ๊ก Disable all enhancements > Apply > OK > Restart
วิธีที่ 5: ใช้ Audio Troubleshooter ของ Windows
- Settings (Win+I) > Update & Security > Troubleshoot
- เลือก Playing Audio > Run the troubleshooter > ทำตามขั้นตอน
วิธีที่ 6: เริ่มบริการ Windows Audio Services
- Win+R > services.msc
- หา 3 บริการ: Windows Audio, Windows Audio Endpoint Builder, Plug and Play
- ให้ Startup Type = Automatic และ Status = Running (Restart ทั้ง 3 ตัว)
- เช็คใน msconfig (แท็บ Services) ว่าติ๊กอยู่ทั้ง 3 ตัว
วิธีที่ 7: อัปเดต Sound Driver
- Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers
- คลิกขวา Audio Device > Update driver > Search automatically
- หาไม่เจอ > Browse my computer > Let me pick > เลือกไดรเวอร์ล่าสุด
วิธีที่ 8: Reinstall Audio Drivers (ถอนติดตั้งใหม่)
- Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers
- คลิกขวา Audio Device > Uninstall device > ติ๊ก Delete driver software > OK
- ใน Device Manager > Action > Scan for hardware changes (Windows จะติดตั้งไดรเวอร์เริ่มต้นใหม่)
- Restart
วิธีที่ 9: Add Legacy Hardware (สำหรับ Sound Card เก่า)
- Device Manager > Action > Add legacy hardware
- Next > Search automatically > Next > ถ้าไม่เจอ Next อีกครั้ง
- เลือก Sound, video and game controllers > Next
- เลือก Manufacturer และ Model ของ Sound Card > Next > Finish > Reboot
สรุป: ลองทำตามลำดับ 1-9 ค่อยๆ ขึ้นไป หาต้นเหตุจริง (Driver? Disabled? Service? Enhancement?) แล้วแก้จุดนั้น จะแก้ได้เร็วที่สุด
