ลบ System Error Memory Dump Files ใน Windows 10: 6 วิธีที่มีประสิทธิภาพ

เมื่อระบบ Crash หรือเกิด Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Windows จะบันทึกเนื้อหาหน่วยความจำ (Memory Dump) เพื่อวินิจฉัยสาเหตุ ไฟล์เหล่านี้เก็บใน C: และมี 4 ประเภท: Complete (ใหญ่สุด, ทั้งหน่วยความจำ), Kernel (~1/3 RAM), Small (64 KB), Automatic (เหมือน Kernel แต่จัดการ Pagefile อัตโนมัติ) ไฟล์เหล่านี้สะสมกินพื้นที่มาก

6 วิธีลบ System Error Memory Dump Files

ข้อแนะนำ: สร้าง System Restore Point ก่อนเริ่มต้น

วิธีที่ 1 – ใช้ Elevated Disk Cleanup (แนะนำ)

  1. ค้นหา Disk Cleanup → คลิกขวา → Run as administrator
  2. เลือกไดรฟ์ C: → OK
  3. คลิก Clean up system files → เลือก C: อีกครั้ง → OK
  4. ติ๊ก System error memory dump files (สำคัญ) → OK → Delete Files

วิธีที่ 2 – ใช้ Extended Disk Cleanup

  1. Windows + X → Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รัน: cmd.exe /c Cleanmgr /sageset:65535 & Cleanmgr /sagerun:65535
  3. อย่าปิด CMD จน Disk Cleanup เสร็จ
  4. ติ๊กเลือกไฟล์ที่ต้องการลบ (Extended มีตัวเลือกมากกว่าปกติ) → OK
  5. รอลบเสร็จ → รีบูท

วิธีที่ 3 – ลบไฟล์ Dump ด้วยตนเอง (Manual)

  1. Control Panel → View by: Large Icons → System
  2. คลิก Advanced system settings (ซ้าย)
  3. แท็บ Advanced → Startup and Recovery → Settings
  4. ดูที่ Dump file จะแสดง Path (ปกติคือ %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP)
  5. คัดลอก Path → Windows + R → วาง → Enter
  6. คลิกขวา MEMORY.DMP → Delete

วิธีที่ 4 – ปิด Indexing

Indexing ช่วยค้นหาไฟล์เร็วขึ้น แต่กินพื้นที่และทรัพยากร

  1. Windows + E → คลิกขวาไดรฟ์ C: → Properties
  2. ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow files on this drive to have contents indexed in addition to file properties
  3. Apply

วิธีที่ 5 – ลบไฟล์ไม่จำเป็นด้วย CMD

  1. เปิด Command Prompt (Admin)
  2. รันคำสั่งทีละบรรทัด (กด Enter หลังแต่ละบรรทัด):
fsutil usn deletejournal /d /n c:
del "%temp%\*" /s /f /q
del "C:\$Recycle.bin\*" /s /f /q
del "%systemroot%\temp\*" /s /f /q
vssadmin delete shadows /for=c: /all /quiet
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup /ResetBase
  1. รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง

วิธีที่ 6 – ลบ Temporary Files (วิธีเดียวกับวิธีที่ 3 ในบทความแยก)

  1. Windows + R → %temp%
  2. Ctrl + A → Shift + Delete (ลบถาวร)

ควรทำเป็นประจำ เพราะไฟล์ Temp สะสมเรื่อยๆ

ค้นหาว่าอะไรกินพื้นที่จริงๆ
