วิธีที่ 1: รัน Windows Diagnostics
รัน Diagnostic เช็ค Hardware ไม่ชำรุด มีโอกาส HDD/SSD ชำรุด ต้องเปลี่ยนใหม่และติดตั้ง Windows ใหม่ แต่ต้องรัน Diagnostic ก่อน
Restart > กด F12 ก่อน Boot Screen > Boot Menu > เลือก Boot to Utility Partition หรือ Diagnostics > Enter รัน Diagnostic อัตโนมัติเช็ค Hardware ทั้งหมด
วิธีที่ 2: รัน SFC และ CHKDSK
- Command Prompt จาก Advanced Options
- รัน:
sfc /scannow /offbootdir=c:\ /offwindir=c:\windows chkdsk c: /r
ใช้ Drive Letter ที่ติดตั้ง Windows
- Exit > Restart
วิธีที่ 3: รัน Memtest86+
Memtest86+ คือ 3rd Party Software รันนอก Windows กำจัด Memory Errors ทั้งหมด
เตรียม: ต้องมีคอมพิวเตอร์อีกเครื่อง ดาวน์โหลด/เผา USB ควรทิ้งค้างคืน
- เสียบ USB Flash Drive
- ดาวน์โหลด/ติดตั้ง Windows Memtest86 Auto-installer for USB Key
- คลิกขวา Image File > Extract here
- เปิดโฟลเดอร์ > รัน Memtest86+ USB Installer
- เลือก USB ที่เสียบ > Burn MemTest86 (จะ Format USB)
- เสร็จ > เสียบ USB เข้าเครื่องที่ Error
- Restart > Boot จาก USB
- Memtest86 เริ่มทดสอบ Memory Corruption
- Pass ทุก Test = RAM ปกติ
- Fail บาง Test = Memtest86 เจอ Memory Corruption = Physical Memory Dump BSOD มาจาก RAM ชำรุด
- แก้ไข: เปลี่ยน RAM หา Bad Sectors
วิธีที่ 4: รัน Startup/Automatic Repair
- บูตจาก DVD Windows 10 > กดปุ่มใดก็ได้
- Repair your computer > Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > Automatic Repair หรือ Startup Repair
- รอซ่อมเสร็จ > Restart ตรวจสอบ
