- Windows + R →
inetcpl.cpl→ Enter - แท็บ Advanced → ติ๊ก Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering
- Apply → OK → เปิด IE ใหม่
วิธีที่ 3 – Uninstall Internet Explorer Toolbars
- Windows + R →
appwiz.cpl→ Enter - ลบ Toolbar ทั้งหมดในรายการ (คลิกขวา → Uninstall)
- รีสตาร์ทเครื่อง
วิธีที่ 4 – แก้ไขปัญหา Conflicting DLL
- คลิกขวา This PC → Manage → Event Viewer → Windows Logs > Application
- หา Error ที่เกี่ยวกับ
iexplore.exe(มีเครื่องหมาย ! สีแดง) - ดูแท็บ Details → จะเห็นชื่อ DLL ที่ขัดแย้ง
- ซ่อมแซม แทนที่ หรือลบ DLL นั้น (ต้องค้นคว้าเพิ่มเติมเกี่ยวกับ DLL และข้อผิดพลาด)
วิธีที่ 5 – รัน Internet Explorer Performance Troubleshooter
- ค้นหา "troubleshooting" → Troubleshooting
- View all → เลือก Internet Explorer Performance
- รัน Troubleshooter → รีบูท → ทดสอบ IE
วิธีที่ 6 – ลบ Temporary Files ของ IE
- Windows + R →
inetcpl.cpl - แท็บ General → ภายใต้ Browsing history คลิก Delete
- ติ๊กทั้งหมด: Temporary Internet files, Cookies, History, Download History, Form data, Passwords, Tracking Protection/ActiveX/Do Not Track
- Delete → รอเสร็จ → เปิด IE ใหม่
วิธีที่ 7 – ปิด Internet Explorer Add-ons
- Windows + X → Command Prompt (Admin)
- รัน:
"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe" -extoff - กด Alt → Tools → Manage Add-ons
- Show: All add-ons → Ctrl + A เลือกทั้งหมด → Disable all
- รีสตาร์ท IE → หากแก้ได้ ให้ Enable ทีละตัวเพื่อหาตัวทำให้ผิดปกติ → ลบตัวนั้น
วิธีที่ 8 – ทำ System Restore
- Windows + R →
sysdm.cpl→ Enter - แท็บ System Protection → System Restore
- Next → เลือก Restore Point ที่ระบบทำงานปกติ → Follow วิซาร์ด
- รีบูทหลังเสร็จสิ้น
