วิธีที่ 1: ปิด Network Level Authentication (NLA) บน RDP Server
- เปิด System Properties → แท็บ Remote
- ยกเลิกติ๊ก Allow connections only from computers running Remote Desktop with Network Level Authentication → OK
- หมายเหตุ: หาก Server เป็น Windows 7 ให้ติ๊ก "Allow connections from computers running any version of Remote Desktop (less secure)"
- ลองเชื่อมต่อจาก Client ใหม่
วิธีที่ 2: เปิด Encryption Oracle Remediation บน RDP Client
สำหรับ Windows Professional/Enterprise (มี gpedit.msc)
- กด Win + R พิมพ์ gpedit.msc Enter
- ไปที่: Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Credentials Delegation
- เปิด Encryption Oracle Remediation
- เลือก Enabled → Protection Level = Vulnerable → OK
- ปิด Group Policy Editor → ลองเชื่อมต่อ RDP ใหม่
สำหรับ Windows Home (ไม่มี gpedit.msc) - ใช้ Registry
- เปิด Command Prompt as Administrator
- รันคำสั่ง:
reg add "HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System\CredSSP\Parameters" /f /v AllowEncryptionOracle /t REG_DWORD /d 2 - ปิด CMD → Restart PC
- เชื่อมต่อ RDP ใหม่
