แก้ปัญหา External Keyboard iPad ไม่ทำงาน — คู่มือตรวจสอบ 8 ขั้นตอน

External Keyboard บน iPad ไม่ตอบสนอง (พิมพ์ไม่ได้/Trackpad ไม่เลื่อน) — สาเหตุอาจเป็น: Connection, Software, หรือ Keyboard เอง

1. เช็คความเข้ากันได้ (Compatibility)

✅ ตรวจสอบว่า iPad รุ่นนี้รองรับ Keyboard ตัวนี้ — ดูเว็บ Manufacturer หรือ Apple Support

💡 ตัวอย่าง: Magic Keyboard Folio รองรับเฉพาะรุ่น iPad บางรุ่น — อาจไม่รองรับเครื่องคุณ

2. ทดสอบในแอปอื่น (App-specific Issue?)

พิมพ์ในแอปเฉพาะไม่ได้ → ลอง Notes หรือ Safari — ถ้าทำงานได้ = ปัญหาแอปตัวนั้น

🔧 เช็ค Permission แอป / อัปเดตแอป (Bug Fix)

3. ถอดเคส iPad (Case Interference)

เคสที่ไม่ใช่ Official / แม้ Official — อาจบัง Magnetic Connection / Smart Connector

• 🧲 Keyboard แม่เหล็ก: วัสดุเคสบังแรงดูด / แม่เหล็กในเคสไม่ตรงตำแหน่ง
• 📏 เคสหนาเกินไป: Smart Connector Pins ติดไม่ถึง

4. เช็คการเชื่อมต่อ (Connection Check)

📶 Bluetooth Keyboard:

1. Settings → Bluetooth → On
2. กด ⓘ (Info) ข้าง Keyboard → Forget This Device
3. Pair ใหม่

5. Restart iPad (แก้ Software Glitch)

1. กดปิด Top Button จนขึ้น Slider
2. Slide ปิดเครื่อง
3. รอ 10-15 วินาที
4. กด Top Button เปิดใหม่

6. เช็คแบตเตอรี่ Keyboard (Bluetooth)

⚡ Keyboard Bluetooth ใช้แบต — เหลื่อม/หมด → ไม่ทำงาน → ชาร์จ/เปลี่ยนแบต

7. ตรวจสอบความเสียหายทางกายภาพ (Physical Damage)

• 🔍 Keyboard: รอยแตก, ชิ้นส่วนหลวม, ผ้าฉีก, Pins ก้อน/งอ/ขาด
• 🔍 iPad Back: ฝุ่น/ขยะ/รอยเสียหาย (มักจากเคสไม่ได้ถอดทำความสะอาดนาน)
• 🔍 Bluetooth Keyboard: ห้องแบตเสียหายไหม
• 🧪 ทดสอบ: เชื่อม Keyboard กับอุปกรณ์อื่น — ถ้าทำงาน = ปัญหาอยู่ที่ iPad

8. ติดต่อ Apple Support (Last Resort)

• 🛠️ ส่งซ่อม iPad / Keyboard (ถ้าใน Warranty = ฟรี/เปลี่ยนใหม่)
