แก้ไขไมค์ AirPods ไม่ทำงานบน Zoom Mac: วิธีแก้ 9 วิธีครบถ้วน

AirPods เสียงดี แต่บน Zoom Mac บางครั้งไมค์ไม่ทำงาน บทความนี้รวบรวม 9 วิธีแก้ปัญหา ตั้งแต่พื้นฐานไปจนถึงการติดตั้งใหม่

วิธีที่ 1: ตัดการเชื่อมต่ออุปกรณ์อื่น

ปิด Bluetooth อุปกรณ์อื่น (iPhone, iPad) ที่ AirPods อาจเชื่อมต่ออยู่ — กันสัญญาณขัดจังหวะ

วิธีที่ 2: อนุญาต Zoom เข้าถึงไมโครโฟน

  1. System Settings → Privacy & Security
  2. Microphone → ติ๊ก Zoom ให้เปิด

วิธีที่ 3: จับคู่ AirPods กับ Mac ใหม่

  1. System Settings → Bluetooth
  2. ดูว่า AirPods แสดง "Connected" หรือไม่ — ถ้าไม่ ให้ดับเบิลคลิกเพื่อจับคู่

วิธีที่ 4: Unpair แล้ว Pair ใหม่ (Re-pair)

  1. Bluetooth → คลิกขวา AirPods → Remove
  2. นำ AirPods ใส่กล่อง → กดปุ่มหลังกล่องค้าง จนไฟกระพริบ
  3. กลับไป Bluetooth Mac → กด Connect

วิธีที่ 5: ปิด-เปิด Bluetooth

System Settings → Bluetooth → Turn Off → รอสักครู่ → Turn On

วิธีที่ 6: ตั้งค่า Audio ใน Zoom ให้ใช้ AirPods

  1. เปิด Zoom → Settings (ไอคอนเฟือง) → Audio
  2. Speaker & Microphone: เลือก AirPods ทั้งคู่
  3. กด Test Speaker / Test Mic ทดสอบเสียง

วิธีที่ 7: ตั้งวันที่/เวลา ให้อัตโนมัติ

System Settings → General → Date & Time → เปิด Set date and time automatically

วิธีที่ 8: ลบ Zoom ผ่าน Finder แล้วติดตั้งใหม่

  1. Finder → Applications → คลิกขวา zoom.us → Move to Bin
  2. Empty Trash → ดาวน์โหลด Zoom ใหม่จาก zoom.us → ติดตั้ง

วิธีที่ 9: Uninstall Zoom จากในแอป

เปิด Zoom → เมนู zoom.us → Uninstall Zoom → ติดตั้งใหม่

เชื่อมต่อ AirPods กับ Zoom (ขั้นตอนรวม)

  1. System Settings → Bluetooth → ใส่ AirPods โหมดจับคู่ (กดปุ่มกล่อง)
  2. คลิก Connect → เปิด Zoom → Settings → Audio
  3. Speaker: AirPods → Test Speaker → Mic: AirPods → Test Mic

วิธี 1: Zoom Settings → Audio → Speaker/Mic เลือก AirPods → ✓ Automatically adjust microphone volume → Relaunch Zoom

วิธี 2: รัน Troubleshooter: Control Panel → Troubleshooting → Playing Audio / Hardware & Devices → Apply repairs automatically
