ระหว่าง Web apps ที่ tend to be minimalistic (มีแนวโน้มเป็น minimalistic) stripped-down versions (เวอร์ชันที่ถูกลดทอน) ของโปรแกรมยอดนิยมสำหรับเด็ก และ massively decorated (ตกแต่งหนัก) KDE-centric office suites ซึ่งอาจ represent (แทน) far end of the spectrum (ปลายสุดของสเปกตรัม) common user (ผู้ใช้ทั่วไป) จะมี tough time (เวลายาก) ในการเลือก best program (โปรแกรมที่ดีที่สุด) สำหรับการเขียนเอกสารและนำเสนอสิ่งต่างๆ แต่การทำ right choice (การเลือกที่ถูกต้อง) สำหรับซอฟต์แวร์โปรดของคุณเพียงแค่ beginning of the problem (จุดเริ่มต้นของปัญหา) ไม่ว่าคุณจะตัดสินใจอะไร คุณยังคง bound to work (ผูกมัดกับการทำงาน) ใน same confusing, frustrating, inefficient manner (วิธีที่สับสน น่าหงุดหงิด ไม่มีประสิทธิภาพ) เหมือนที่คุณทำเสมอ
ในบทความนี้ ผมจะพยายามให้ perspective (มุมมอง) ของผมว่าสิ่งต่างๆ ควรดูอย่างไร typical office suite (ชุดออฟฟิศทั่วไป) ควรและไม่ควรเป็นอย่างไร ผ่าน arsenal (อาวุธ) ของโปรแกรมที่รู้จัก และจากนั้น branching (กิ่งก้าน) ออกสู่ brave and uncertain future (อนาคตที่กล้าและไม่แน่นอน) เราจะเห็นว่าอย่างไร glum world (โลกอุดมคติ) ของ keyboard hammering (การเคาะคีย์บอร์ด) สามารถ saved (ช่วยชีวิต) ได้ เพื่อให้แม้ non-geeks (คนไม่ใช่ geek) ก็เขียน papers ที่ดู better than a raccoon roadkill (ดีกว่าสัตว์ตายบนถนน)
Today's menu (เมนูวันนี้)
เรามี few juicy, dripping choices (ตัวเลือกไม่กี่อย่างที่ juicy และ dripping) แต่พวกมัน unto office (สำหรับออฟฟิศ) like a tartar steak is unto a veggie (เหมือนสเต็กทาร์ทาร์ต่อผัก) หยิบ moment or three (หนึ่งหรือสามลำดับ) และอ่านเกี่ยวกับ world's top office repertoire (เรพอรทัวร์ออฟฟิศระดับโลก)
Microsoft Office, Ribbon Interface, lots of shekels (เงินเยอะ)
หากคุณชอบ UI ที่เปลี่ยนตลอดเวลา be my guest (กรุณาสะดวก) ผม forced to use (ถูกบังคับใช้) Office 2007 ที่ workplace และผม guarantee (รับประกัน) มัน million times less intuitive (ไม่น่าเข้าใจล้านเท่า) กว่าเวอร์ชันเก่า Microsoft tried to reduce visual clutter (ความวุ่นวายทางสายตา) ดังนั้นมัน split (แยก) horrendous, superbusy main menu เป็น handful of smaller ones (ไม่กี่ตัวเล็กๆ) จากนั้นวางบน tabbed panel ที่เรียกว่า Ribbon Interface Hold your horses and eat your spurs (อย่ารีบร้อน) that's five years of programming process (กระบวนการเขียนโปรแกรม 5 ปี) Last but not the loser (สุดท้ายแตไม่ใช่ loser) this thing costs money (มันมีค่าใช้จ่าย)

Not cluttered (ไม่วุ่นวาย) you see (คุณเห็น) just super-tightly condensed (แค่ super-tightly condensed):
OpenOffice, LibreOffice และครอบครัว
Formerly Sun (ก่อนหน้าเป็น Sun) ตอนนี้ Oracle และ Schism Ltd. various forks (フォークต่างๆ) ของ OpenOffice เป็น pretty much the same product (ผลิตภัณฑ์เดียวกันเกือบทุกประการ) ที่มันเป็นเสมอมา Interface ไม่ได้เปลี่ยนแปลงมากในทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา ซึ่ง both good and archaic (ทั้งดีและโบราณ) while never being ideal in the first place (ขณะที่ไม่เคยเป็น ideal ตั้งแต่แรก) หากคุณคิดถึงมัน all of today's office suites (ชุดออฟฟิศวันนี้ทั้งหมด) trace their origins back to (สืบกำเนิดกลับไป) Lotus 1-2-3 เมื่อแค่ accountants (นักบัญชี) และ weirdos (คนแปลกแยก) ใช้ graphs และ tables บน personal computers ของพวกเขา
Compared to Microsoft Office 2003 OpenOffice เคย luôn busier (วุ่นวายกว่า) และ somewhat less intuitive (ค่อนข้างไม่น่าเข้าใจ) แม้ you can't beat the free price tag (คุณเอาชนะ price tag ฟรีไม่ได้) ผมไม่ชอบ too-tight Java integration (การรวม Java ที่แน่นเกินไป) ซึ่ง looms (ลือลับ) เหมือน 80s pink spandex (สแปนเด็กสีชมพูยุค 80) ทั่วทั้งที่

LibreOffice ที่ปล่อยออกมาแล้ว มี potential (ศักยภาพ) แต่ so does a not so bright child (ก็เหมือนเด็กที่ไม่อัจฉริยะมาก) whose parents you do not wish to offend (ซึ่งพ่อแม่คุณไม่อยากทำให้เสียใจ) Hopefully (หวังว่า) LibreOffice จะ mature (โตเต็มที่) กลายเป็น good และ useful product โดยหวังว่ามี revamped interface (อินเทอร์เฟซที่ปรับปรุงใหม่)

คุณอาจสนใจ Go-oo, OpenOffice with lots of extras (OpenOffice พร้อมอะไหล่เยอะ) แต่ most of the changes are functional and none are visual (ส่วนใหญ่ของการเปลี่ยนแปลงเป็น functional และไม่มีอะไร visual) Bottom line (สรุป) all of OpenOffice forks and spoons (フォークและช้อน) pretty much identical (เหมือนกันเกือบทุกประการ)

OpenOffice4Kids, now you're talking business (ตอนนี้คุณพูด business แล้ว)
OpenOffice4Kids — หรือ OOo4Kids คือ ของ classic suites ทั้งหมด ตัวนี้ดูเหมือน smartest concept (แนวคิดฉลาดที่สุด) แต่ยังไม่ matured (สุก) พอที่จะเป็น major contender (ผู้แข่งขันหลัก) ใน big league (ลีกใหญ่) Effort (ความพยายาม) brilliant (อัศจรรย์) เพราะ kids มี highest potential (ศักยภาพสูงสุด) ในการทำให้สิ่งต่างๆ ถูกต้อง Old folks (ผู้ใหญ่) too set in their ways (เก在自己的方式) making a 40-year-old stop practicing his nasty office habits (นิสัยออฟฟิศที่น่ารังเกียจ) คือ virtually impossible (เป็นไปไม่ได้ทางปฏิบัติ)
แต OOo4Kids ก็คือ OpenOffice หนึ่งครั้งที่คุณเริ่ม burrowing (ขุด) ในเมนู คุณสุดท้ายจะถึง same old problem (ปัญหาเก่าเดิม) ของ antiquated design (การออกแบบโบราณ) และ non-linear use (การใช้งานที่ไม่เชิงเส้น) บวก ไม่มี emphasis on styles (เน้นที่ styles) ซึ่งเป็น exactly how office work should be taught to kids (วิธีที่งานออฟฟิศควรสอนให้เด็กอย่างแน่นอน) Still (ยังคง) this cute program (โปรแกรมน่ารักนี้) makes far more sense (มีความหมายมากกว่ามาก) than any other similar program (โปรแกรมคล้ายกันอื่นๆ)

KOffice - One menu to rule them all (หนึ่งเมนูปกครองทุกอย่าง)
KOffice เป็น KDE application ตามที่คุณอาจรู้ ในขณะที่ Gnome เป็น minimalistic และพยายาม present (นำเสนอ) only a spartan interface (อินเทอร์เฟซสปาร์ทันเพียงอย่างเดียว) ให้ผู้ใช้ KDE เป็น totally maximalistic (maximalistic ทั้งหมด) นี่หมายความว่า no menu is hidden (ไม่มีเมนูซ่อน) no feature is left unexposed (ไม่มีฟีเจอร์ถูกทิ้งไว้ไม่ได้เปิดเผย) A prime example of too much detail (ตัวอย่างหลักของรายละเอียดมากเกินไป) คือ KOffice A great program (โปรแกรมยอดเยี่ยม) with simply too many features and buttons (แค่ฟีเจอร์และปุ่มเยอะเกินไป)

Web apps, perhaps salvation is there? (Web apps, อาจจะมี salvation ที่นั่น?)
There's a ton of them (มีเยอะมาก) ผมจะ mention (กล่าวถึง) สองสามตัว โดยเฉพาะเพราะผมเคย review พวกเขาแล้ว และมี screenshots เยอะพร้อม มาดูว่ามีอะไรให้
Google Docs
Maybe the best overall choice (อาจเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดโดยรวม): clean (สะอาด) และ fairly simple interface (ค่อนข้างง่าย) It's still unattainable for most people (ยัง inaccessible สำหรับคนส่วนใหญ่) but most of the dirty stuff (สิ่งสกปรกส่วนใหญ่) is tucked away (ซ่อนไว้) for when you never need it (เมื่อคุณไม่ต้องการมันเลย) If anything (ถ้ามีอะไร) Google Docs manage (จัดการ) illusion of illusion of order (幻覺ของ秩序) which all others fail (ซึ่งคนอื่นล้มเหลวทั้งหมด)

Zoho
A fully featured web office suite (ชุดออฟฟิศเว็บที่มีฟีเจอร์ครบ) ซึ่งคุณรันภายในเบราว์เซอร์ Not bad (ไม่แย่) อย่างไรก็ตาม like the rest of the bunch (เหมือนส่วนที่เหลือของกลุ่ม) there's too much detail (มีรายละเอียดมากเกินไป) The legacy of how office programs are used (มรดกของวิธีการใช้โปรแกรมออฟฟิศ) haunts (騷擾) even the cloud (แม้แต่คลาวด์) It seems that we're doomed to keep using the same old interface for our software only because people expect them to be that way (เพราะคนคาดหวังว่ามันจะเป็นแบบนั้น) just as railway tracks match the width of Roman Empire carts (เหมือนรางรถไฟตรงกับความกว้างของรถเข็นจักรวรรดิโรมัน)

Summary (สรุป)
As you can see (ตามที่คุณเห็น) we have a problem (เรามีปัญหา) No office suite today does the job properly (ไม่มีชุดออฟฟิศวันนี้ทำงาน properly) Too much clutter (วุ่นวายเกินไป) too much geekiness (ความเป็น geek มากเกินไป) too much margin for error (ขอบเขตสำหรับข้อผิดพลาดมากเกินไป) There's nothing preventing clueless users (ผู้ใช้ไม่รู้เรื่อง) from making horrible mistakes (ข้อผิดพลายร้ายแรง) again and again (ซ้ำๆ) If anything (ถ้ามีอะไร) the emphasis is on the lack of efficiency (ขาดประสิทธิภาพ) และ potshot understanding (การเข้าใจแบบสุ่ม) ของ vast, complex, unreadable menus (เมนูมหาศาล ซับซ้อน ไม่อ่านได้)
How an office suite SHOULD look like (ชุดออฟฟิศควรจะดูอย่างไร)
Finally (สุดท้าย) my take on the matter (มุมมองของผมเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้) ...
Predictive styling (การจัดสไตล์แบบพยากรณ์)
All — and I mean all (ทั้งหมด — และผมหมายถึงทั้งหมด) — office suites sin the same sin (ทำบาปบาปเดียวกัน) — they do not force users to use styles (บังคับให้ผู้ใช้ใช้ styles) ในเอกสารของพวกเขา หากคุณ wonder (สงสัย) ว่า styles คืออะไร มาขยายไปใน territory (เขต) ของ separating content from style (การแยกเนื้อหาจากสไตล์) เล็กน้อย
Take a typical web page as an example (นำเว็บเพจทั่วไปมาเป็นตัวอย่าง) คุณมี HTML code — และคุณมี Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) ที่ defines (กำหนด) ว่าแต่ละ element ควรดูอย่างไร Styles are applied as a sort of tags (เป็นประเภทของแท็ก) ไปยัง text elements หากคุณต้องการเปลี่ยน visual layout (เลย์เอาต์ทางสายตา) คุณ alter (เปลี่ยน) the style; คุณไม่ต้อง alter the actual content (เนื้อหาจริง) That's what styles are all about (นั่นคือ styles ทั้งหมด)
พวกมัน exist in office suits (มีอยู่ในชุดออฟฟิศ) — และมีมาตั้งแต่ dawn of humanity (ลumineของมนุษย์) The only problem is (ปัญหาเดียวคือ) they are hidden deep in the menus (ถูกซ่อนลึกในเมนู) they are presented in an obscure and non-intuitive manner (นำเสนอในวิธีที่模糊不清และ不直观) และ very few people (คนน้อยมาก) really understand (เข้าใจจริง) what they are และ how to use them (วิธีใช้พวกมัน) End result (ผลลัพธ์สุดท้าย) papers written by plebes (ชาวบ้าน) worldwide (ทั่วโลก) look like a collective vomit (嘔吐物) of human unskill (ความไม่เก่งของมนุษย์)
The RIGHT way to compose documents (วิธีที่ถูกต้องในการ compose เอกสาร) คือใช้ LaTeX ไม่เพียงแค่คุณ enjoy (เพลิดเพลิน) superb fonts (ฟอนต์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม) คุณยัง enjoy mandatory separation of content from style (การแยกเนื้อหาจากสไตล์ที่บังคับ) ซึ่ง forces (บังคับ) คุณทำงาน the correct way (วิธีที่ถูกต้อง) Now (ตอนนี้) LaTeX is ultra hardcore (hardcore ระดับสุด) OK, so you can use LaTeX with a stylish frontend, like LyX But even this kind of thing is too much for most people (แต่วิธีนี้ยังมากเกินไปสำหรับคนส่วนใหญ่)

Another alternative, Kile:

End result, perfection (ผลลัพธ์สุดท้าย ความสมบูรณ์):

But no — this is way too much for ordinary users (มัน way too much สำหรับ ordinary users) คุณ can't expect people to use LaTeX (ไม่สามารถคาดหวังคนใช้ LaTeX) อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งที่คุณ can do (ทำได้) คือ create a predictive styling engine (engine การจัดสไตล์แบบพยากรณ์) ใน software code ที่จะ automatically create styles (สร้าง styles อัตโนมัติ)
Example: สมมติ user selects a word และ marks it bold (ทำให้ตัวหนา) แล้ว user selects another word และ marks it bold ที่ stage (ขั้นตอน) นี้ software should be smart enough (ควรฉลาดพอ) to realize a dunce (คนโง่) is working with the program Engine ควร create a bold text class และ keep it ready (เก็บไว้พร้อม) สำหรับ future use (การใช้ในอนาคต) ของ bold หากและเมื่อ user decides (ตัดสินใจ) ว่าเขาควร change all bold text to red bold text a single change (การเปลี่ยนแปลงเดียว) จะ affect (ส่งผลต่อ) all the rest of the text elements with the same attributes (แอตทริบิวต์เดียวกัน)
Normal names and titles for menu entries (ชื่อและชื่อเรื่องปกติสำหรับเมนู)
What does font mean? (font หมายถึงอะไร?) What does format mean? (format หมายถึงอะไร?) What does indentation mean? (indentation หมายถึงอะไร?) ผมจะบอกคุณ สำหรับ technical writers (นักเขียนเทคนิค) these are perfectly legitimate tools of the trade (เครื่องมือของอาชีพที่ถูกต้อง) สำหรับ people like you and me (คนอย่างคุณและผม) well mostly people like you really (ส่วนใหญ่คนอย่างคุณจริงๆ) these are funny words (คำตลก) We can pronounce (ออกเสียง) them and even use them now and then properly (ถูกต้อง) but we do not really relate to them (เชื่อมโยงกับพวกมันจริงๆ)
Why use the term font? (ทำไมใช้ term font?) Why not use text? (ทำไมไม่ใช้ text?) After all (畢竟) people apply fonts to text, right? (คน apply fonts ไปที่ text ถูกต้องไหม?) For a normal person (สำหรับคนปกติ) the phrase text style (สไตล์ข้อความ) is more meaningful (มีความหมายมากกว่า) than font
This is just one innocent example (นี่คือแค่ตัวอย่าง innocent หนึ่ง) The entire collection (ชุดทั้งหมด) requires a complete overhaul (การปรับปรุงใหม่ทั้งหมด) While pivot tables, inline formatting, justification, embedded OLE, and whatnot sound posh and professional (聽起來 posh และ professional) they are twenty years and a whole sphere of reality (二十年和整个现实领域) away from being usable (จากการเป็น usable) Normal people do not use 90% of stuff in the office suite menus — so why place them there in the first place? (ทำไมวางไว้ที่นั่นตั้งแต่แรก?) Furthermore (而且) the fact 90% of the stuff goes wasted (ถูก浪费) probably means the layout is wrong (layout ผิด) If users had more accessibility to these items (หากผู้ใช้มี accessibility มากกว่านี้ต่อรายการเหล่านี้) they might appreciate their worth (ชื่นชมคุณค่าของพวกมัน) and actually use them (และจริงๆ ใช้พวกมัน)
Another example: header and footer (หัวและท้าย) Why? (ทำไม?) Is this meant to be analogous to human body? (นี่ meant to be analogous to human body?) Are we supposed to relate to these (เรา supposed to relate to these) และ somehow understand (理解) they identify separate areas of pages above and below the main text area? Instead (相反) why not call them top-page and bottom-page decorations? (ตกแต่งหน้าบนและหน้าล่าง?) Or something? (หรือบางอย่าง?) And don't get me started on spreadsheet or presentation documents (别让我开始谈电子表格或演示文档)
How about Format Painter? (Format Painter อยู่ไง?) Is that supposed to sound friendly or intuitive? (นี่ supposed to sound friendly or intuitive?) Format Painter Repeat this a few times and see if it makes any sense (ทำซ้ำ 몇 次 看 是否 有 意義) The broom-like brush-like icon (ไอคอนเหมือนไม้กวาด แปรง) is also a nice touch unto confusion (也是 混乱 的 一 份 精美 点缀) I'm not picking on Office 2007 (ผมไม่ pick on Office 2007) although generally I like to do that (แม้โดยทั่วไปผมชอบทำนั้น) I'm just trying to emphasize the enormity of the task we're facing (ผมแค่พยายาม emphasize enormity of the task we're facing)
Error messages (nein = no) (ข้อความข้อผิดพลาด nein = no)
Oh, when something goes wrong ... (喔, 當 某事 出錯 ...) Please (請) Armageddon (末日) has less verbosity (冗長度較少):
There must be no error messages in office suites (ในชุดออฟฟิศต้องไม่มีข้อความข้อผิดพลาด) Period (句點) Users are not debug monkeys (ผู้ใช้不是 debug 猴子) They want to work on their stuff without interruptions (他們想在沒有中斷的情況下工作) No cryptic messages (沒有神秘訊息) no excuses (沒有藉口) no references to geek stuff online (沒有參考 geek 东西 在線) It has to work (它必須工作)
Proposed interface (อินเทอร์เฟซที่เสนอ)
I was considering doing a fun article on this (ผมเคย consider 做 一篇 fun article 關於 這個) taking KOffice as the template (以 KOffice 作為 模板) and then making it even busier (然後 讓 它 更 忙碌) But I decided to smother the parody (扼殺 戲仿) and go for practicality instead (轉向 實用性)
The interface needs to be simple (介面 需要 簡單) Just the few simple items people need (只是 人們 需要 的 幾個 簡單 項目) Everything else can be done by geeks using their special software (其他一切 可以 由 geeks 使用 他們 的 特殊 軟體 做) All menu item names must be simple and human (所有 選單 項目 名稱 必須 簡單 和 人性化) The placement of items will probably go left and right of the main document area (項目 的 放置 可能 會 去 主 文件 區域 的 左右) The top and bottom parts should be free (頂部 和 底部 部分 應該 免費)
Styling, numbering, tagging, authoring, references, and other miscellaneous elements (其他 雜項 元素) should all be automatically pre-formatted and added (應該 都 自動 預先 格式化 和 添加) but not necessarily displayed in the final version (但 不一定 顯示 在 最終 版本) Presentation tools should have an automatic preview (簡報 工具 應該 有 自動 預覽) Furthermore (此外) animations and embedded audio and video should be severely limited (應該 嚴格 限制) since most people assume glitter makes their crappy PowerPoint stuff worthy of looking at (因為 大多數 人 假設 閃光 讓 他們 爛 PowerPoint 東西 值得 看) Like writing applications (像 寫作 應用) the styling would be automatic and transparent (styling 將 是 自動 和 透明) The traditional slideshow separated into individual would-be slides should also be replaced with roll-over tabs (傳統 幻燈片 分離 成 個別 將要 的 幻燈片 也 應該 被 替換 成 roll-over tabs)
When it comes to spreadsheet software (當 談到 試算表 軟體) the current looks have to go (目前 的 外觀 必須 走) A dual-pane interface with the graphs on the right and data on the left sounds good to me (雙 窗格 介面 右邊 圖表 左邊 數據 聽起來 不錯) No more worksheets (不再 有 工作表) Drag and drop is mandatory here (拖放 在這裡 是 強制性) for making snazzy graphs in seconds (為了 做 snazzy graphs 在 幾 秒鐘) Lots of the boring stuff would also have to die, or at least be packaged separately in a special geek add-on that normal users don't need (大量 无聊 的 东西 也 必須 死掉 或 至少 被 单独 打包 在 一個 特殊 的 geek add-on 那 normal users 不 需要) The typical top-ten calculations and statistical predictions (典型 的 前十 計算 和 統計 預測) should all be automatically calculated (應該 都 自動 計算)
These are just a few of the ideas I had (這些 只是 我 有 的 一些 想法) Nothing fancy (沒有 什么 花哨) just early concepts of ungeekifying the horrible nerdonics (可怕 的 nerdonics) of the office suite world (辦公 套裝 世界) If browsers have taught us anything (如果 瀏覽器 教會 我們 任何 東西) it's how visual elements should be used and displayed (視覺 元素 應該 如何 被 使用 和 顯示) Rather than embedding office programs as cloud apps inside web pages (而不是 將 辦公 程序 嵌入 作為 雲 應用 在 網頁 內) we should work on making office suites behave more like browsers (我們 應該 努力 使 辦公 套裝 行為 更像 瀏覽器) The one program that did try to follow this approach (那個 嘗試 遵循 這個 方法 的 程序) is IBM Lotus Symphony, although it is in a dire need of a facelift, too (雖然 它 也 急需 整容)
Your ideas ... (想法ของคุณ...)
If you want to design something revolutionary (如果 你 想 設計 某些 革命性 的 東西) you may want to try a GUI sketching and prototyping software like Pencil — and send me your suggestions (發送 你的 建議 給 我) Who knows (誰 知道) you may stumble onto something huge that no one has ever thought of before (你 可能 會 絆腳 到 某些 巨大 的 東西 沒人 想過) I'm still struggling with the final visual layout (我 仍然 在 掙扎 最終 的 視覺 佈局) so stay tuned for updates (請 保持 關注 更新)
สรุป
And so be it (就這樣吧) We've seen what the office suite market has to offer (เราเห็นว่าตลาดออฟฟิศมีอะไรเสนอ) Frankly (坦白地說) it's all good, but not good enough (一切都好 但不夠好) We're haunted by the ghosts of the past (我们 被 过去 的 鬼魂 困擾) the typewriters of the 80s (打字机 的 80 年代) and the engineers of the 70s (工程师 的 70 年代) who used to rack up their telemetry readings on impact printers (誰 曾 經 在 衝擊 式 印表機 上 累積 他們 的 遙測 讀數) Office suites are big, bloated (膨脹) counterintuitive (反直覺) and inefficient (低效) Even the best and most modern products today fall short of the mark (即使 最好 和 最 現代 的 產品 今天 也 達不到 標準) A few manage a moment of brilliance (幾個 管理 一個 閃耀 的 時刻) like Google Docs, Lotus Symphony and OOo4Kids but then it goes bonkerous (然後 它 變得 bonkerous) from there (從 那裡)
The most important change required in the modern office suite (現代 辦公 套裝 所需 的 最 重要 變化) is the change of mind (心態 的 改變) We must get rid of the legacy monkey effect (必須 擺脫 遺產 猴子 效應) and work on making productivity software productive (並 努力 使 生產力 軟體 富有 生產力) We must focus on shedding away the 90% crud (必須 專注 於 擺脫 90% 的 垃圾) that pollutes the office programs (污染 辦公 程序) make them lean and mean (使它們 精簡 和 兇猛) make them more smartly integrated with rich media (使它們 更 聰明 地 與 豐富 媒體 整合) enforce mandatory styling (強制 強制性 styling) improve visibility and design (改善 能見度 和 設計)
Browser-like tabs, drag and drop features, instant graphics (瀏覽器 樣式 的 分頁 拖放 功能 即時 圖形) all of these sound trivial (所有 這些 聽起來 微不足道) considering what we have out there (考慮 到 我們 在那裡 有 什麼) but none of these features have yet reached the domain of the office suite (但 這些 功能 尚未 到達 辦公 套裝 的 領域) This has to change — and soon (這 必須 改變 — 並 很快)
Well that's all (好吧 這就是 全部) I've done my rant (我 做 完 了 我的 咆哮) and shared my sagacious ideas (和 分享 我 的 聰明 想法) If you feel like you have something useful to contribute (如果 你 覺得 你 有 有用 的 東西 可以 貢獻) do feel free to mail me using your office suite mail program (請 隨意 郵件 我 使用 你的 辦公 套裝 郵件 程序) We need to talk about those too (我們 也 需要 談論 那些) but that's a different article altogether (但 那 是 一篇 完全 不同 的 文章)
Cheers.
