แก้ 8 Error Play Store ที่พบบ่อย: 403, 492, 495, 498, 919, 921, 927, 941

โหลดแอปจาก Play Store แล้วเจอ Error ตัวเลขลึกลับ รบกวนมาก! 8 Error พบบ่อย + วิธีแก้:

Error 403 (Forbidden)

สาเหตุ: ใช้ 2 Google Account ซื้อแอปเครื่องเดียวกัน วิธีแก้ (ลองตามลำดับ):

  1. Primary Account -> Uninstall แอปปัญหา -> โหลดใหม่/ซื้อใหม่
  2. Clear Proxy: Settings -> Wireless/More -> Mobile Networks -> APN -> Clear Proxy
  3. Clear Search History ใน Play Store
  4. สร้าง Google Account ใหม่ -> Login Play Store -> Re-install

Error 492 (Dalvik Cache)

Settings -> Apps -> All -> Google Services -> Clear Data -> Force Stop -> ทำซ้ำกับ Play Store

Error 495 (Download/Update fail)

  1. Clear Play Store Data
  2. Clear Google Services Framework Data (ได้ Google ID ใหม่ คล้าย Factory Reset)
  3. ลบ Google Account -> Reboot -> Add Account ใหม่

Error 498 (Download interrupted)

Cache เต็ม -> ลบแอป/ไฟล์ไม่จำเป็น -> Restart

Error 919 (App won't open)

พื้นที่ไม่พอ -> ลบแอปใหญ่/เพลง/วิดีโอ

Error 921 (Can't download)

  1. Clear Play Store Cache (ยังไม่ได้ -> Clear Data แต่จะหาย Settings)
  2. Remove Google Account -> Restart -> Add Account -> ลองใหม่

Error 927 (Play Store updating)

  1. รอสักครู่ จนอัปเดตเสร็จ
  2. ยังไม่ได้ -> Clear Google Services Data + Force Stop -> ทำซ้ำ Play Store

Error 941 (Update interrupted)

  1. Clear Play Store Cache + Data
  2. Clear Download Manager Cache + Data -> Retry

สรุป

Pattern แก้ Error ส่วนใหญ่: Clear Cache/Data ของ Play Store, Google Services, Download Manager แต่ระวัง: Factory Reset/Wipe Data จะลบ Contacts/Files/Photos ทั้งหมด -> Backup ก่อนทุกครั้ง!
