Tkinter เป็นไลบรารี GUI จาก python ซึ่งเราสามารถสร้างแอป GUI ได้หลายแอป ที่นี่โดยใช้ tkinter เราจะพัฒนาแผ่นจดบันทึกเช่นโปรแกรมแก้ไขข้อความ แผ่นจดบันทึกนี้จะมีเมนูที่เราสามารถสร้างไฟล์ใหม่, เปิดไฟล์ที่มีอยู่, บันทึกไฟล์, แก้ไข, ตัดและวาง ฟังก์ชันทั้งหมดจะอยู่ที่นั่น

การเพิ่มฟังก์ชันการทำงานให้กับแต่ละรายการในเมนู
