ใช้ USB Storage (Flash Drive, HDD External) เยอะมาก ต่อ PC คัดลอก/เซฟไฟล์ออฟไลน์ บางคนเจอปัญหา USB Mass Storage Device Driver ไม่แสดงหรือทำงานไม่ได้ บน Windows 11/10 นี่คือวิธีแก้ครับ
วิธีแก้ USB Mass Storage Device Driver ไม่แสดง/ทำงานไม่ได้
ลองวิธีเหล่านี้ครับ
- อัปเดต USB Mass Storage Device Driver
- เปลี่ยน Power Management Settings
- เปลี่ยน Registry Settings
รายละเอียด:
1. อัปเดต USB Mass Storage Device Driver
Error อาจมาจาก Driver เสีย/หาย อัปเดตใน Device Manager:
- Start > Device Manager
- ขยาย Universal Serial Bus controllers
- หา USB Mass Storage Device > คลิกขวา > Update driver > ตาม Wizard
อัปเดตเสร็จ Restart PC เช็คดูครับ
2. เปลี่ยน Power Management Settings
Power Settings ของ USB อาจทำให้ไม่ทำงาน ต้อง Disable "Allow computer to turn off this device to save power":
- Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers
- หา USB Mass Storage Device > คลิกขวา Properties
- แท็บ Power Management > ยกเลิกติ๊ก "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power"
- OK
3. เปลี่ยน Registry Settings
หายังไม่ได้ ให้แก้ค่า UsbStor ใน Registry (Backup Registry ก่อนนะครับ):
- Win+R > Regedit > Enter
- ไปที่ Key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\UsbStor
- เปลี่ยน DWORD Start เป็น 3
Restart PC เช็คดู หายังไม่ได้ ให้ System Restore กลับจุดที่เครื่องดี
