วิธีที่ 1: รัน Hardware and Device Troubleshooter
- Windows Key + X > Control Panel

- ตั้งชื่อ DisableSelectiveSuspend คลิกสองครั้ง ใส่ค่า 1 (Disable Selective Suspend) > OK
- Reboot
วิธีที่ 6: Disable และ Re-enable USB Controllers
- Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers
- คลิกขวา USB Controller ตัวแรก > Uninstall
- ทำซ้ำทุก USB Controller
- Reboot (Windows จะติดตั้ง USB Controllers ใหม่ทั้งหมดอัตโนมัติ)
- ทดสอบ USB Device
วิธีที่ 7: อัปเดต Drivers สำหรับทุก USB Controllers
- Device Manager > Universal Serial Bus controllers
- คลิกขวา USB Controller ตัวแรก > Update Driver Software
- Search automatically for updated driver software > Next
- ทำซ้ำทุก USB Controller
- Reboot
อัปเดตไดรเวอร์แก้ได้ส่วนใหญ่ แต่ยังไม่ได้ อาจเป็น USB Port ชำรุดทางกายภาพ
